I waited till 320pm and finally i was taken into a room to have my blood pressure taken by one of the girls sitting at the receptionist desk. She then told me the doctor was running late, then i waited until 4pm still no doctor, so i got up and said that ive been here since 240 waiting to see the doctor cause my blood pressure was very high and i wasnt feeling well, so another girl cones over and says whats the problem? I told I've been here since 240pm waiting to see the doctor, so she went back to talk to the doctor and he said if i didnt want to wait any long that i could leave. That same girl gave me a different story that now he was reviewing my records? More then an hour and 40 minutes, and 3 diffetent stories. I finally just left, and told them id never come back....terrible experience.

If I have any concerns he will always( or his wonderful medical assistant Keith) contact me with an answer. I would not trust my heart care to anyone else.

I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for results that never came because they were " waiting on the specialist" to read the results meanwhile they never bothered to tell me until I asked why it was taking so long I ended up telling the nurse that I wanted my discharge papers I only went here because it was the closest hospital to where I was when I was having symptoms I should have just drove the extra 20 minutes to the better hospital

It's on the ground floor, which is about the only decent thing about it because you don't have to stand around in one of those depressing elevators with people staring at their shoes. ​I walked there, naturally. Parking on Queens Boulevard is a complete madhouse you'd have to be crazy to try and park a car around there unless you enjoy losing time and yourpatiencemeter is at full strength. Inside, it's clean and shiny and all that, packed with every kind of doctor you neef. Im not a fan of this whole big "one-stop shop" catch phrase deal, but its the correct term in this instance. You don't have to drag yourself all over Queens (god forbid Manhattan) just to get checked out. For my needs, t's alright, I guess, if you like getting all your doctor stuff out of the way at once. They have a great staff at intake and appointment setting, followup and referrals. It really kills me in a good way how convenient it is, even if the whole medical thing is not particularly pleasant.

I was recommended to go to Dr. Pandya's office in Stony Point and had a great experience there. Dr. Pandya is warm and friendly and genuinely seems to care about the well being of his patients. He took the time to tell me why he diagnosed me the way he did and asked me to call if there were any changes or questions. I started to feel better the same evening, after taking the recommended medication. I called to follow up the following day, after a new development, and he quickly assisted me and was very pleasant, asking me to keep him updated on what was going on. Dr. Pandya is the most informative, pleasant doctor I have been to in as long as I can remember. I highly recommend him!
