If you like blood drawn twice because they underestimated the amount needed for the 103 tests they ordered. If you like lying down and being pushed onto your side which causes unbelievable pain, causing an involuntary scream, knowing that if she'd been listening during the consultation, she would have done it anyway. If you like leaving the office with rx for a colonoscopy, pap, chest X-ray, hip X-ray and physical therapy (the only one I found relevant) but nothing for pain. If you like calling every few hours to an office that is never open and can speak only to the answering service. If you like receiving a message from the answering service because she does not feel like calling you back personally, and the message being that she can't help you. If all of this, or any of this, sounds appealing? Then you won't mind the three hour ordeal and this is definitely the place and the Dr for you. I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for results that never came because they were " waiting on the specialist" to read the results meanwhile they never bothered to tell me until I asked why it was taking so long I ended up telling the nurse that I wanted my discharge papers I only went here because it was the closest hospital to where I was when I was having symptoms I should have just drove the extra 20 minutes to the better hospital

They have a great staff at intake and appointment setting, followup and referrals. I was recommended to go to Dr. Pandya's office in Stony Point and had a great experience there. Dr. Pandya is warm and friendly and genuinely seems to care about the well being of his patients. He took the time to tell me why he diagnosed me the way he did and asked me to call if there were any changes or questions. I started to feel better the same evening, after taking the recommended medication. I called to follow up the following day, after a new development, and he quickly assisted me and was very pleasant, asking me to keep him updated on what was going on.
