Fridge stove and kicthen counters were all replaced when not in good viable condition with no issues. All plumbing issues resolved immediately. No heat issues. Building is very warm. All inclusive and it's awesome. Old building and therefore sound-proof (ish) Payment provided for when a bit of a mess was created by a plumber - i had to take everything to the drycleaner, computer cleaned etc. I understand it's a business and tenant can only have reasonable expectations. I haven't needed much over the years but when I have, I have had no issues Now dealt with Reno and though I wasn't happy with his answer, he was polite and told me certain things weren't possible as per what his client/landlord allows. And he gave me a lot of time over the phone. I do think he won't respond well to aggressiveness but then who would. Also he seems to be a hard-worker and running around and I think under a lot of stress likely. So some abruptness at times can be expected, in order to rush things - not to negate anyone else's experience or opinion.

Goldview Property Management has been our condos property management company for less than a year and the service is so terrible it is actually making me consider moving after being in the building for years. It does not matter how important an issues is, they do not respond to any email or other requests. Since they have taken over management, many if not all rules and regulations are now flagrantly disregarded by some tenants and it is ignored by Goldview, even when brought to their attention. This includes but is not limited to pets, smoking, noise, notice of entry, construction/renovations. They collect a cheque and could careless about the people who live in the building and condition and future of the building. It use to be a wonderful building to live in and now it is all but a scary slum and they accomplished that in under a year. I would strongly recommend avoiding at all costs.

Thank goodness the people I was working with at PMT, particularly Pedro, were so helpful! Everyone at PMT went above and beyond in helping me make the switch. PMT has been highly responsive, quickly to reply to messages, friendly and extremely helpful. They have helped make my property run more efficiently, organized all the repairs and clean-up that had been previously unaddressed, and in the process also sourced the most cost-conscious ways in which to do this. Working with the team at PMT is a pleasure and I feel relieved knowing they are caring for my house.

My stove was not working and I paid $80 for a service call. This was a very old stove in a rental property, and it did not make sense spending that kind of money to fix it. I decided at those prices I would throw out the stove and I purchased a second hand Inglis for $300 which is working perfectly. I am sorry I wasted my time and money with JSK.

The service man arrived promptly at the time I was told he would arrive After checking everything, he was confident a good cleaning inside would solve the problem. While he had the dryer apart, he noticed the belt was cracked and had stretched over time. It was replaced. A thorough cleaning was done including sensors. The dryer is operating like new.
