Any special matters you have with your pet, they will listen; and, treat your animal with the utmost care. Their prices are very reasonable. My dog doesn't like to go into cages. They set up a time for me where they can get Charlie and take him right in to be groomed so he won't have to go in a cage to wait. I just can't tell you how kind they are to all of the animals in their care. They are loving and kind to the owners too. I look forward to the days when we have to get Charlie groomed. When they finish with Charlie, he is so beautiful! He is clean, his coat doesn't shed as much, his nails are cut, his ears are clean, his teeth are brushed, he smells heavenly, and best of all, his tail is wagging! If you want it, they'll put a bandanna on your pet with each grooming.

This seemed like a great way to help care for a pony while giving my mom the opportunity to visit if desired. While in town visiting from California, I thought it would be fun to bring my mom out to visit. While she may not have enjoyed herself as much as I had expected (I'll blame her age and recent surgery), I had a blast and was not disappointed. Alex was engaging and kind, and was clearly very passionate about all the animals in her care. She was excited to share about all of the animals, not just the one we sponsor, and I was just as excited to learn some of their stories and see the care that goes into each animal. Alex even gave us the opportunity to brush Blaze and share some treats, and it made for some great memories with my mom and sister. Alex, thank you for taking the time out of your Saturday to show us around and make our visit a memorable experience. It was such a pleasure to meet you, Blaze, and the other animals. Please know that we all very much enjoyed ourselves. :) You clearly care so deeply about each of the animals, and it was wonderful to see your work (and our donations) in action.
