Her eye for material and color is spot on. She pushed me to go outside my comfort zone which elevated the look and feel of the space. I appreciated her effort to stay within my budget .. finding less expensive but quality pieces in a few places so that I could get my must haves. It truly was a pleasure to work with her.

She transformed the Studio 300 sq ft to have distinct living, dining, sleeping, and working spaces. She tamed the chaos and created a tranquil space employing textures, artwork, storage, and layout. Our daughter and her puppy love their place. We found the perfect BPC 2 bedroom and needing it move in ready in just 4 weeks, she created a livable contemporary design with custom artwork, sourcing new furnishings, which we never would have picked ourselves, but love, and coordinated all painters and any contractors. On move in day, we filled the pantry, hung our clothes and just started living. What a treat to not have had to worry and just enjoy our new place. No matter what your space, Tina can work her design magic and make it stunningly, comfortably yours.

I recently hired Intelligent Kitchen for my kitchen remodel (June 2016). Truth be told, since this…read morewas my first ever remodel, I went to a couple other places before I made my decision (including a large national chain). Lauren & Brianna from Intelligent Kitchen gave me the best service by far. My decision to hire them became an easy choice. The design work fit perfectly with my tastes and they even recommended a contractor that they have worked with many times; LB General Construction. When I met Louis and his brother, Tony of LB Construction, I was even more sold. Other customers of IK provided me with glowing reviews of their work. The Intelligent Kitchen staff treated me as if I was their most important client and their whole team pitched in to help when needed. The remodel was finished on-time and on-budget. Lauren & Brianna continue to follow-up with me to make sure I am satisfied and they have stopped by more than once to examine their work. I couldn't be happier with the work done and the service I received. I have another job on my wish-list and will definitely go back to them when I am ready to begin the next improvement to my home. You should too. Michael Upper West Side NYC

Intelligent Kitchen is a GEM and located in my UWS neighborhood too. I came across Intelligent…read moreKitchen (IK) as my family was in need of design and project management help for our apartment renovation. We had met with a number of design build firms but were not finding what we were looking for in personalized attention. When I first met IK, the project was a certain size - one kitchen and one bathroom, possibly two bathrooms. After we met IK, heard their ideas and shared some of our dream items for our family home, we decided to re-design our ENTIRE apartment using IK as our design team for architectural services and selections across 2300 interior square feet. This included redesigning our apartment layout, tripling the size of our kitchen and gutting 3 full bathrooms and enhancing one other bathroom. We could not have done it without Lauren, Olga, Adriana and the entire IK team of designers and project managers. IK is on top of it all. We had weekly design and logistics meetings that included our budget tracking and our selection tracking. They were able to show us what our apartment was going to look like through amazing renderings that were so life-like, it was the first time I was able to truly see what I was putting together. They worked with us on finishing selections, coordination with the contracting team over 6 months with multiple weekly visits, the architect and expeditors, the ancillary services and resources for glass, marble, cabinetry and more. IK was able to deliver us the home of our dreams in NYC. Although it was a complicated and nearly year long project, we felt ready to take it all on because of IK and their team and their contacts. They were there for us every step of the way, kept us on budget and were able to meet with varying providers when we weren't, acting like our own right hand. I would recommend IK to anyone looking to do a bathroom or a kitchen or a complete and total renovation just like ours. Matter of fact, I have already referred several friends and neighbors to them. IK makes you feel like you are the only client they are working with and acted with transparency and charm each and every time. Thank you IK!

Working with Sarah from Found + Collected wass a delight! She really took into consideration my…read moretastes and feedback as we iterated on our design. I couldn't have been happier with the process and I cannot wait to see the room come to fruition. She was very responsive and has incredible taste. Decorist is very affordable and the process is smooth and painless. We were able to turn around the first designs, which were not exactly what I was looking for, into my dream rooms in a matter of weeks. I would have dragged out decisions for months had I not had Sarah's guidance. The one downside is that the site can be confusing to navigate at times, especially if doing multiple projects/rooms at one time. But overall it was easy to sign up and to use.

Bought a bedding set for a sale price…read more When I contacted them to check the eta as I hadn't heard anything they told me the price I bought it at was not correct and I needed to pay an additional £75. They also told me that they were "just about to contact me about it" which I find hard to believe. They then proceeded to ask to cancel my order. Really upset and quite bad abrupt customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company as they do not know how to treat there customers appropriately. They offered me "additional items" and booja chocolates to be sent with my order if I didn't want to cancel... the boOna chocolates were already included in the original order and who knows what these "additional items" were. I presume they would not be worth the stress and the money being taken/held from my account for a number of days without any contact. Also the items were advertised as on sale, it's January so I assumed it was a January sale. I told them they were on sale but they said they had no record of this... even though my order went through and I had an email confirmation , money left my account and I had the shop app with tracking set to take place. Super strange. I would avoid this company at all costs as I can only imagine what it's like trying to return something or quibble anything with them that you might not be happy with, they will not budge and will not help.

We are in San Francisco Bay Area, so we worked remotely through weekly design sessions on zoom and used a 3D model to brainstorm ideas. She made recommendations for what to look for at the store and what to ask the contractors, and helped me refine which options to go with. Unlike some of the designers I met before, who always try to educate me about what is good and bad, Erin always tries to understand what I like and want first, and then help me search for the best options for my home. With her I feel totally safe about sharing what I really think, any ideas and concerns. And the most important thing is, she has such a great taste and extremely professional in design. Before working with her, I never know there are so many details need to pay attention to, and how different colors can have such a big impact on the whole look. And she can always come up with great ideas and solutions based on different situations and totally save my life during this project.
