The wait…read moretime was about 3-4 weeks out for an appointment, but I was also looking at specific days of the week so it might be sooner if you don't have any time constraints. The allergy test itself was interesting and they test several environmental allergens. I also had to return on another day to test food allergens, as well as retesting some of the other environmental variables that I scored low sensitivity on. You get the results after waiting 20 minutes or so once you've had enough time to trigger a reaction. Dr. Anand was so friendly and personable. I felt like she was a very thorough clinician and really took her time to explain everything to me. She also took note of other issues that weren't quite in her scope, and referred me out to other specialists to make sure I got the care I needed. She then followed up with me to make the process smoother, which I truly appreciated. Other staff members (LVNs and front desk) are also informative and helpful. They do have a mask policy in place, and if you forget to wear one, they have plenty to spare. It is a healthcare facility after all and I don't think they should be rated poorly just because of a policy to ensure the safety of staff and patients alike.

I can tell he really cares about his patients. He was very warm and friendly with me and very knowledgeable and patient. I did not feel rushed during my visit which sometimes happens at doctor visits. He is very down to earth and caring. The office is very clean and spacious and well lit. I want to give a shout out to nurse Dolores who did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr Engler.

Allergies are a new thing for our family. When our teenage son kept getting "sick", our…read moredermatologist suggested we see Dr. Engler and get tested. It was incredibly easy to make an appointment. The team is warm and welcoming. Nurse Kiahna made my son feel at ease immediately with her down to earth approach when asking him all the initial questions. Dr. Engler was also warm and an obvious expert. The actual testing takes about 30 minutes. Dr. Engler was able to take us through all the results and we walked out armed with an easy to follow plan of a few things to buy and a few new guidelines to follow. We'll be seeing Dr. Engler for a follow up in 3 months. We highly recommend Dr. Engler and team. They really care! We also loved that we walked out with an actionable plan where we're already seeing great results. Thank you, Dr. Engler and team!

Registration is a bit much but what do you expect? If you want to be diagnosed correctly you need to give them all of your history. You have plenty of time to complete this process prior to your appointment. Parking is simple, you have street and garage where the office comps your parking. Be prepared this place gets crowded but they are of course practicing social distancing and still taking temperatures. From the minute you walk in your greeted and advised. They have a good flow going and again like I mentioned the entire staff are such a pleasure. Once you get your allergy shot they ask that you wait at least 30 minutes, bring a good book or your AirPods and phone. Since I'm so scared of needles, staff always finds a way to help ease my fear! Normally I'm faced with other adults who then comment that I'm being a big baby. Not Dr. Engler's staff, they handled me with care and professionalism. Believe it or not, I don't even need numbing spray, I now take it like a champ! I couldn't be more pleased with a Dr. and staff. This office makes sure you're seen and heard no matter how silly the question is, and I've had many. I won't go into costs cause it all depends on your insurance. All I know is I'm getting what I I paid for!

My main issue is that this office has always felt like a money-grab. The office often recommended additional tests and appointments that did not seem necessary. Although I understand the value of Ni-Ox and lung function assessments, the repeated testing rarely resulted in meaningful adjustments to my treatment plan. Appointments frequently ended with vague feedback rather than clear next steps for improvement. During one visit, I had a reaction to the shots, which was a stressful situation. The staff appeared uncertain about how to respond, and Dr. Zhang invited a medical assistant to observe my hives without asking for my consent. This was uncomfortable and dehumanizing. Additionally, I received the bill for this appointment and they charged me for a lung function test I did not take. I contacted the billing department who said they would call me back. I never received a call back despite following up. I check today to see they have revised their billing statement to deduct that charge. Very shady business that prioritizes money over patient care. I am now seeing a new allergist who looked at my tests and said that allergists should not be administering shots to people with numbers as bad as mine were.

About a year ago I was in my kitchen having the time of my life playing with my daughter. She's my…read morefirst child and everyone goes through that learning curve with first kids. I pull out a piece of cheese casually and we're laughing and playing and she's eating a little piece, then my heart sinks.. her face starts looking different, and hives just cover all over her chin. I've never had a food allergy in my family, and I have no idea what to even do. We're terrified and talk to our pediatrician but unsurprisingly, the best answer is just to keep introducing new things and test. Unfortunately the next reaction that happened was to peanuts and I think the fear you feel when you see your child unable to speak, go through a reaction to a food YOU gave them is indescribable. You store those reactions internally and food stops being this fun adventure and turns into anxiety and bracing for more reactions. A couple months later we were on the phone with the lovely receptionist Miss Savannah, explaining the guilt of not feeling confident enough to even continue trying top allergens mixed with the anxiety of what life will look like now for our girl. Even though we were scared to go she made us feel like walking through those Latitude doors was at the very least, better than where we were that day. Fast forward a few clinic visits and we had finally gained the confidence and true support to test all top allergens at home, AND identify which ones she truly was allergic to. Going to clinic became less of a burden and more of a meet up for kids with allergies to safely socialize while you talk to other parents who you can give the same nod to that you needed, the "hey I know it's tough but we're going to get through it look." From her first appointment where she was terrified of getting her vitals taken to her last where she borrowed Dr. Henderson's stethlescope to listen to Dr's heart beat, we saw the fear of going to clinic transform into joy. Thanks to the lovely receptionists and the wonderful doctors and especially caring nurses (especially Auntie Sarah), we started to finally feel that peace come back that the first reaction took from us. Proud to say my girl has outgrown her milk allergy and completed OIT successfully with peanuts and it's all thanks to the special place in a little office called latitude.

A bit of a cattle show. Here's what you don't learn until you're already in the program:…read more1. Scheduling is a pain. They cap you at 3 scheduled visits at a time, but even slots 6 weeks out have almost no availability (sometimes just one per day). If you have a school-aged kid, that means pulling them out at 10am for a 2-hour visit, because afternoon slots rarely exist and a 2-week gap quietly becomes a 3-week gap to the next updose. This docked 2 stars 2. Expect to wait. They overbook constantly, which means sitting in a busy, hectic waiting room for up to an hour. For $600 a visit, you'd think they could assign you a room for the duration. What's especially ironic: they're placing allergic kids in a waiting room where other kids are dropping crumbs everywhere. They really should know better. This docked 2 stars. 3. Staff assumes you know more than you do. They run so many patients through that the onboarding feels almost rote. You have to ask to be walked through basics, like how to use the scale or what the actual treatment plan looks like. We had multiple allergies and didn't learn the full plan until our third visit. No one told us upfront what we were and weren't being treated for. 4. The 24-hour helpline is an answering service. They explicitly tell you not to expect a callback within 30 minutes. Fine with us. Just a heads up for future patients. I don't think you can expect them to pick up your call immediately (go to the ER!) One doctor, a team of nurses, clearly optimizing for volume. Worth checking out Columbia or another clinic with more streamlined processes. They were generous with the snacks, though, so I am grateful.

From my first conversation with him, Rich has made me feel at ease, he actively listens, asks the right questions, and problem solves with me to find the most appropriate solution. Upon completion of a thorough questionnaire & eval, he pinpointed the root cause of my issue to be an allergy to gluten, dairy & a deficiency in a vit/min. He not only gave me the tools needed to make changes to diet, stress, sleep, self-care, relationships, etc; he supported me through each step.
