VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!! ASK FOR JOHN OR MARK!!…read moreIf you make your payments on time, have insurance, do not tamper with the GPS, be civil when having conversations with the staff this place is a great place to purchase vehicles. The sad part is that most of their customers have no manners or common sense and put them in the wrong. If you cannot pay your responsibilities then do not buy a vehicle. Even a 2 year old understands that concept lol One star reviews sound like the customers are upset b/c they did not get their way haha pay your bills!!! ALSO LEMON LAWS ONLY APPLY TO NEW VEHICLES NOT USED VEHICLES. A USED CAR WAS OBVIOUSLY TRADED IN BECAUSE IT HAD PROBLEMS. IF YOU WANT A PERFECT CAR FIX YOUR CREDIT!!

The vehicle broke down on me within a week or two but John the management/owner could not contact me, could not inform me of the late requirements before or after signing any forms. I had to pay for a tow truck for my vehicle breaking down and He played dumb. I left my valuables in the vehicle and when I called to claim my valuables, he stated there was nothing was in the vehicle, no box that I left. I know it was there I left it in the vehicle after having to walk home when the vehicle broke down. I could not carry it home. He is a con artist. He basically stole from me and kept my down payment. He will sale you a mess up vehicle (lemon), it will break down and you better pay for all repairs, or he will keep the vehicle. He is unprofessional and has no compassion for people just trying to survive. He stole from me and he will steal from you. I will report this company over and over again and make it known that they are con artist. Do not buy!!!! Again not a company to buy from. He will get report from BBB. Never again, will I ever be nieve to people like him. Very Unprofessional and all They are.....ARE CON ARTIST!!!!

My Dad pastored a church for 53 years, and both Mom and Dad were happy to be buying a car from a "Christian" who told them he hated to sell the 2006 Chrysler 300 to them because that was the car he liked to drive himself. They payed $7,200 for a 13-year-old car with well over 146,000 miles on it. Unfortunately the "key" set off the alarms, so that week (mileage 146,579 [photo]) they had to pay $315 for a "proper" key from Lithia Chrysler Dodge. But that wasn't all; the battery would discharge itself so it had to be jumped to start. On April 11 (mileage 146,585 [photo]), they paid $310 to Lithia Chrysler Dodge because the heated seat was draining the battery, which Lithia bypassed. However that wasn't all, it still ran poorly; it overheated every other week. Multiple mechanics said that nothing was wrong, but it continued to overheat, stranding my Dad with Parkinsons' disease and dementia and my Mom post-heart-transplant in the mid-summer heat. No problem, they could probably push their walkers somewhere to get help. Finally, the problem that had been there since day one was diagnosed as a problem with an "oil cooler" - which would cost almost $1000 to fix at Lithia Chrysler Dodge. So....unless you are a billionaire mechanic with nothing else to do and who likes to fix a new car problem every day, avoid this dealer.

They would really rock if they made an attempt to help out their customers a little more as a customer courtesy, I feel this would bring their customers back.
