They also put a hold on the car, needing no security, to be sure it was there when I was and off we went. I have never had as positive and smooth a car buying experience as this (and that is quite a lot). They were just finishing up the car in prep as we arrived exactly on the minute scheduled. The car being in service (new tires in the rear and near new front) did allow me perform my static prebuy inspection and examine the car from standing underneath and poking and probing as I needed and the car was in stellar condition. Given the keys, and off for a thorough test drive in which saw me (stupidly) get a bit lost. No biggie... Loved the condition, bought the car for my wife as a B-day gift. Ahem, though they did fail to mention full front, mirror and windshield top frame with expel coverage (sweet!), built in Escort radar/laser detector w/shifter and in mirror display (discreetly built into the smokers package ashtray, cha-ching again) and much later I was to discover it had a fully funded Porsche 50k mile service package I was not told about. That was a really big deal and the same as cash in hand come service time. like finding about 2500 rolled up on the ground just for the remaining services... What matters are the people. The people answering the phones.The people communicating with customers.The people solving problems.The people deciding whether the customer matters or not. One of them is Ismarely Justiniano.Another is Morgan Allen.Another is Scott -- not even officially a service advisor yet, but trying to help.Another is Sal Sardisco -- the manager in service. They all matter. Because when they do their jobs well, all the branding, logos, showrooms, and marketing suddenly become real. "THEY" are Lexus. Everything else only matters because of them. The ownership experience is only as strong as the people representing the brand after the sale. I purchased seven vehicles from this dealership and meticulously maintained every one of them because, for years, these people made owning a Lexus feel like more than just owning a car. Honestly, getting an appointment lately has been frustrating because of the system change -- the website kept glitching and refreshing, and when I tried calling, no one picked up. Not the best first impression... but I'm glad I decided to stop by in person anyway. The dealership itself is very spacious, clean, and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience much better. One of the advisors there was absolutely gorgeous -- seriously looked like she could be modeling -- but beyond that, everyone was professional and helpful. Even though there weren't any openings for the same day, they really worked with me to secure an appointment and made the process feel smooth after all the earlier frustration. I appreciated them taking the time to help instead of just turning me away. Overall, a very positive experience so far. Let's see how everything goes when I come back next week for the actual service, but first impressions inside the dealership were great!

Worth the Drive - Parks Lincoln of Longwood Has Earned a Customer for Life…read more I cannot say enough good things about Parks Lincoln of Longwood and my service advisor, Casey Mullins. The difference between Parks Lincoln and my local Lincoln dealership was night and day. My local dealership kept my Navigator for nine days, put approximately 40 miles on the odometer, lost one of my key fobs (which they ultimately replaced), and returned the vehicle without fixing a single issue. Their entire "diagnosis" consisted of driving the vehicle around with chassis ears trying to isolate the noise. They never actually diagnosed a failed component or attempted any meaningful mechanical diagnosis. I was even told that if you couldn't hear the noise with the radio on, it really wasn't an issue. Needless to say, I left frustrated and without any confidence that my concerns had been taken seriously. Parks Lincoln couldn't have handled it more differently. From the moment we pulled into the service drive, we were greeted by several friendly employees who immediately welcomed us and got us checked in. Before they could even finish telling us that our service advisor would be with us shortly, Casey was already walking out to introduce himself. Casey is exactly what every service advisor should be. He listened carefully, documented every concern, and never once acted like I was imagining things or wasting his time. He rode with me on a test drive, heard the metallic rubbing/hitching noise for himself, agreed something wasn't right, and immediately got the diagnostic process started. The technicians deserve just as much credit. Instead of simply confirming the noise, they set out to determine what was causing it. In one day, they performed a complete diagnosis and identified low transmission line pressure, sticking regulator and clutch valves in the valve body, and a burnt D-clutch assembly. Lincoln authorized a brand-new transmission under warranty, and the metal-on-metal rubbing/hitching noise is now completely gone. Think about that for a second. One dealership spent nine days with my vehicle, drove it 40 miles, and told me everything was essentially normal. Parks Lincoln diagnosed the failed transmission in a single day, replaced it, and completely fixed the problem. That alone tells you everything you need to know. They also addressed another concern that had previously been dismissed as "normal." The rear A/C vents weren't cooling properly. Parks diagnosed a refrigerant leak, repaired it under warranty, and now the rear air conditioning works exactly as it should. To top it all off, they provided complimentary shuttle service to and from my home, making the entire experience as easy as possible. Every person I dealt with--from Casey, to the technicians, to the valet staff and shuttle driver--was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on fixing the vehicle instead of finding reasons not to. Parks Lincoln of Longwood has absolutely earned a customer for life. They're considerably farther from my home than my local dealership, but I'll gladly make the drive every time because I know my vehicle is in the hands of people who know how to diagnose problems, communicate with customers, and stand behind the Lincoln brand. If you own a Lincoln, don't hesitate to take it to Parks Lincoln of Longwood, even if it means driving a little farther. I recommend Casey Mullins, the technicians, and the entire Parks Lincoln team without reservation. They restored my confidence in both my vehicle and what a Lincoln service experience should be.

Then they charge you extra for the repairs.anyway, so I ended up paying almost $500 to replace a light switch which took two visits to their service dept. Stay away from these people unless you want to be ridiculously overcharged. Finally, even though I had an appointment, I was forced to wait because my service advisor was "in a meeting". That's how much they care about their customers.
