With technology today, you should be able to access a person's account immediately. The staff members I encountered: Diane, Diana, Amber and Dr. Jarus, were all exceptional. I took a particular liking to Dr. Jarus. He's a young doctor with a modern perspective on pain management and patient communication. I felt super comfortable with him as my dentist and he asked thoughtful questions about me as a personal and my dental needs. Diane and the front desk is very helpful and competent when it comes to dealing with insurance and keeping your account organized. The office is so charmingly decorated in a nautical theme that is inviting but not tacky. This dentist is in a 2-minute walk from Vermilion's Main Street Beach and you can see the beach from their front steps. If you have to visit the dentist, you may as well look at the beautiful Lake while doing it!

Months later they decided to send me a bill for $225 saying they don't accept my insurance even though I purposely called before my appointment to double check and they verified it when they checked me in on the day of my appointment? Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistake they are literally chasing after me for this $225. There are many more trustworthy dentists in the Parma area.....

i will never go to this dentist again and i would never recommend anyone go there!!!!! in april my…read morehusband had a tooth pulled there. because he had had a heart attack in february they suggested they sedate him for the procedure. they made us pay them $750 up front and said they would bill our insurance and *hope* they would cover it. well they did cover it! our insurance company paid them every penny of that $750 but this doctor will not give us our money back!!!! every time i call they give me another excuse why they will not give us our money back! i have called our insurance company several times and they assure me every time i call that this doctor has absolutely no reason to not refund us. this doctor got paid twice!!! once from us and once from the insurance company! so it is now december and they still have not refunded us!! i will be following the advice of our insurance company and filing complaints today with the bbb and the american dental association! $750 is a lot of money for them to not refund when the insurance company has paid them 100% of that!
