The clinic bills vision insurance for the eye examination and then submits an additional claim to medical insurance for retinal imaging (pictures of the eye). This practice raises serious concerns about unnecessary charges and whether patients are being billed appropriately. We expect transparency and honesty from our healthcare providers, and unfortunately, our experience with this clinic has undermined that trust.

When I returned to Eye Love Spearfish, Dr. Randolph's wife took my daughter's glasses and ended up breaking them. She claimed there was a preexisting crack, but the spot she indicated made no sense given how the glasses had been handled, and I had inspected them right before we walked in--they were intact. Even after that, they refused to order properly fitting frames and simply reordered the same (too-small) ones again. The selection of frames is very limited, and the customer service--particularly in the optical area--was disappointing. Dr. Randolph may be great, but the experience with the staff and eyewear services was frustrating and unprofessional.

What an awesome staff. Dr.. Stone diagnosed the issue. Made some adjustments and prescribed medication. Unfortunatally he also diagnosed that needed a root canel.
