My product is clearly used and was opened, which i didn't realize right away. they assure you everything will be compatible. if they don't take returns or exchanges on defective and used equipment, then how did i get an open and used/damaged product. they also do not give much value for the money. I like it there, but this type of stuff sucks when you drop 40 more than what you normally would have by ordering straight from the vendor. wanting to support a local business, i don't mind paying a little more. However, i don't expect to receive used, damaged, non compatible products. this has not always been my experience, but its frustrating as a loyal customer to be given what i was given and not be allowed to exchange it for something that's not defective and actually works with my device, and doesn't have holes in it. the dudes here are super cool but i feel like i was taken advantage of.

Every person who walks through their doors, be it a regular customer or a newbie, is greeted in the same friendly, helpful manner. Nate will help you pick out the perfect cigar, whether you're a first time cigar smoker or a cigar aficionado. The atmosphere is laid back and intimate. You may choose to sit up front at the counter (check out the leg lamp, it's hilarious), or lounge in the back of the shop in one of the comfortable chairs, sipping coffee, smoking a good cigar, chatting, and watching TV.
