At the end of another long day of wedding dress shopping this was our last stop for the day. The place was pretty busy when we got there and we had to wait a little bit for a free changing room, but that was fine because we spent the time picking out dresses for my friend to try and the sales assistant put them aside so there wasn't too much carrying around of them - and they're bloody heavy - who knew a dress could weigh so much, but if you try and hold two of them for longer than a minute you begin to feel like your arms will fall off!
Of all the appointments so far we actually spent the most time here. While they do have a lot of mainstream dresses, there were one or two like I've not yet seen in any of the other shops. So much so that we threw the cat amongst the pigeons and confused the hell out of ourselves with what was now the best shape and style. The assistants here are very, very good. We were introduced to the owner and were offered teas and coffees more than once. The assistant helping my friend was especially good - we were tired after a long day and she must have been too, but she jollied our bride-to-be along with excellent spirits, chatting and jokes, and was complementary to her without being over the top. Prices are pretty high without being in the the astronomical designer range. On saying that one of the nicest dresses was less than a thousand euro.
It's definitely worth a look if you're looking for a wedding dress and from what I saw while in this shop all the staff have an excellent eye and are really helpful with advice and suggestions, while not be pushy. read more
