Beaitful outdoor seating that has a great view of the river and people walking along it while being covered at the same time. Food was great and they had options for kids as well. Service was fast which worked out perfectly as my son was nearly in meltdown from being hungry but he was eating within just a few minutes. Definitely worth the trip across the border if you're over in the Netherlands.

The second thing we noticed was how amazing the view was! There are plenty of tables out on the huge terrace in the middle of the square. To start, we ordered the "Strawberry Unicorn" milkshake. It was an amazing blend of fresh strawberries, ice cream, strawberry syrup, and it's topped with whip cream, unicorn sprinkles, and marshmallows! Not only was it GORGEOUS, it was amazing! And only €5. My husband ordered the breakfast sandwich and he couldn't stop raving about it! It had bacon, eggs cooked to perfection, lettuce, tomato, salt and pepper! It's amazing! The Schnitzel is pork, breaded, cooked to perfection (crispy and juicy) and then loaded with onions and local beacon and finally topped with an egg. Usually they add as a side of homemade fried potatoes (Bratkartoffeln), which are fantastic. But you can ask for other items such as fries. It also comes with a nice fresh small side salad. The portion is so big, that I usually forfeit the potatoes....because there is so much greatness on the main plate! This is truly a local specialty and they prepare it 5 stars. - They also prepare certified meats from animal welfare, which is well worth it.
