It wasn't even that busy, so I don't know why. Also, the one server misunderstood my friend several times, but that could be due to a difference in Dutch accents? I could understand both of them but apparently they couldn't understand each other as well. All in all, I would recommend this as a nice spot to grab a good cup of coffee and a piece of pie, but I wouldn't be in any kind of hurry......
