What I mean by "goes above and beyond what I can imagine" is that every time they have cleaned for me, I am literally stunned by the work they do. For example, I needed 3 apartments cleaned for a real estate development done by 11am the next day. It was already 6pm. Henry sent a team to arrive at 5am the following day, and they were completely done by 10am. And everything was literally spotless. They cleaned crevices I didn't know existed. Another example is when Henry sent Anita and Angela to clean our private residential patio. He was able to send a team in 48 hours, and they came on a weekend!! (I need to be better about giving them better notice...haha...) Anita and Angela moved furniture around, picked up our large outdoor rug to wash and hang it, and cleaned the area below all the furniture and all the rug.
