They don't chip easily either! They don't dilute their supplies and they are very clean. They do everything, dipped, shellac, acrylic, and they really take the time to do each persons nails. When I went back for a fill I was accused of picking them off. I told her again the fell off and then I was accused of going to long between fills. I told her is was 2 weeks last time I was in and offered to show my receipt which she wasn't interested in seeing. I gave them another chance. When I went to pay not only did I pay for the fill she charged me for each nail that fell off. When I questioned why she accused me again of picking them off and waiting to long between fills. Guess what 7 days after my fill one has popped off again. I will never go back or recommend this nail salon.

The second customer had told my wife that the nail salon owner was on her way. The second customer called to ask if the place was open and the owner said it was but that she was running late. We waited for 15 minutes and when the owner finally arrived, she took in the second customer first and not my wife, who had arrived before the other customer. I was disgruntled by that but my wife told me she has done a good job with her nails before and to let it go. The first customer took up most of the time we had available to wait before a movie we were going to watch, so we left and my wife didn't get her nails done that day. She did return the next day and loved the service, just as much as she had loved the first service. However, that's no way to treat a customer.
