Once you go in there a few times you do not even need your ticket for pickup. He sees you walk in and he remembers your names and grabs your stuff. Thoroughly impressed with all of my alterations. Every suit that I get off the rack goes there to get worked on. Much better than any other place on the island that I have used. They understand the versions styles of men's suits and the way things are supposed to fit. Most other places act like men's suit styles stopped in a 1940s mob movie. This guy can make an off-the-rack suit look bespoke. Highly recommend this place.

My wife and I were so impressed by their honesty. They could easily pocketed the money to have our cover cleaned, but instead offered an alternative that was of no immediate benefit to them.
