After the installation was complete, the workers did a final inspection and noticed that one of the window panels had a small flaw and the secondary lock on the new sliding door wasn't working correctly. Jaci immediately took charge and filed a work order with Milgard to get it serviced. Milgard's team responded quickly, scheduled a visit, and fixed both issues perfectly. Not only are we saving money on energy bill, the house is now really *quiet* from the outside noises. However, the sizes are all different and not standard. When it comes time to replace old windows that don't open anymore, this company is our go to. They manufacture custom retrofit windows and they also have team of contractors to handle the replacement as well. All streamlined service. They first come out to your house to measure all the windows, they the office sends you a quote with the sizes and prices of each window and then labor if you want them to install for you. After you agree and sign the contract, they schedule a date with you for replacement. The quality of their windows is very good, you can select the standard or for larger windows you can select higher grade and thicker glass. The windows we replaced back in 2005 still works like new. All double pane vinyl and slides very nice. Service is superb, their contractors are very good, fast efficient and very professional. Highly recommend.
