This is the worst irresponsible dentist I have ever met. I…read moreasked him to replace a small filling in the center of my front teeth.Literally should have taken 5 minutes or 10 minutes. Instead, he took a file of some sort and the tooth next to it.He yanked through this abrasive file. With such force that I yelled out in pain. There is a permanent gap.Food is always stuck. The pain is always there. It's been months and the pain is always there All he had to say for himself. Was that oh I can floss easier and that I can buy invisiline This is permanent damage to a tooth that had nothing to do with the tooth he was filling. It can never be okay.It always hurts. It's always going to hurt.I guess because of what he did to me. He put a crown on my back right tooth that I had paid thousands of dollars to get a dental implant for so incorrectly that no floss can get through and the floss is just sitting in there and it's been months. But mainly it's the damage to the tooth to the right of my center tooth. It's always in pain.It always has food stuck in it when I eat.The gums are in pain and all he had to say for himself was I can get invisiline. I'm usually afraid to go to the dentist but he really is just the nicest! I was in and out pretty fast. Dr. even texted me to check in and made sure I knew he was available if I had any questions. Not to mention, everyone in the office is super kind. I remember that the pain wasn't bad, however the bottom right of my lip is still numb today. I texted Dr. Koshgerian about it & was set up for a follow up a week or so later. Came in for a quick visit and he reassured me that it was normal (it is a risk of removal after all) and hopefully, I'd regain the feeling in a couple months! I'm hopeful that it will. I appreciate the attentiveness and kindness they had toward me. If I ever need any future procedures, I'll definitely know where to go.

This is not a dentistry mill where the pack patients into the waiting room then slowly see them. When I walk in, they recognize me by name! My only complaint is that they are not in the Delta Dental network. They do submit bills to DD, but DD doesn't pay out very much. So expect hefty out of pocket expenses. But the service is so good, I haven't ventured out to another dentist that is in network. The technology in the office is very good. Digital Xrays and digital patient records. Their computers are still running XP, which is beyond end of life and no longer gets security patches. So I do have some concern about the security of their IT, and protecting patient records. They really need to get up to 2016 standards with modern and secure PCs. I like their very early morning hours (start at 7am) which means I can have procedures done before work. Parking is also easy, in their reserved spots. 5 stars!

For those looking for high quality care from someone who's been around--I am no stranger to dental…read morework. Finding a really good provider is important to me. I always make it a point to find the best dental physicians and staff when establishing in every city I've ever lived in as an adult. After some initial research, this dental office often came at the top of many lists. And so I wanted to give Dr. George's office a spin... and after a few years of having several items done, I really felt the need to share my positive feedback here! Dr. George and his staff are incredibly skilled in this field. Dentistry can be seen as a skill with artistry involved for every filling, root canal and crown you may get. It's never just about getting the work done materially, but about the quality of the work applied that is so important and can make or break your experience as a patient. I knew right away from his work, from the gentle application of anesthesia to the level of detail and pride in every filling I've ever gotten here--that the work is above and beyond anything I've received at prior offices, ever! It's not only about the materials, it about the skill of the dentist, and their ability--and the difference is truly clear to me in craftsmanship. I'm always on alert with any new provider to make sure I get an honest readout with service that makes sense and takes my future dental care (not only from a preventative but with a financial aspect) in mind! I've never felt pressured or felt it was the kind of office to add on work just because. And since establishing, I've come to really trust Dr. George and his staff with the utmost confidence. It's a culture of people from administration intake to technicians that as a provider have been nothing but joy every time I visit! Makes for a really awesome office to go to and for trustworthy dental planning and advice. Overall, I've been nothing short of completely impressed! Will be recommending to every one I know!

What should have been a simple and straightforward routine teeth cleaning visit quickly turned into…read moresomething much more concerning. I was informed of an unexpected diagnosis and was strongly encouraged to begin light therapy and additional treatments due to my lack of self hegeine and receding gum. The urgency and manner in which these services were presented felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine medical recommendation. It was clear that the focus had shifted from preventive care to aggressive upselling. Concerned by the sudden change in my treatment plan and unsure of the validity of their recommendations, I decided to seek a second opinion at a different dental office. The feedback I received there was completely different -- there was no indication of the issues previously mentioned, and none of the suggested treatments were deemed necessary. Another point worth noting: while patients are warned they will be charged for missing an appointment, the same level of accountability doesn't seem to apply to the office -- I waited nearly 30 minutes past my scheduled time many times before being seen. That lack of consideration, combined with questionable treatment practices, was enough to lose my trust. I will not be returning to this office. I encourage anyone considering treatment here to always get a second opinion before agreeing to any additional procedures. Be cautious of high-pressure tactics disguised as urgent care. Your health -- and your peace of mind -- deserve better.
