My wife and I thought it would be a great idea to stop here to see what we could find! There were lots of stores to stop in and see if something interesting was worth buying!. Or maybe just browse through some of the merchandise that was available! From what I saw the prices were reasonable, lots of sales and discounts off their products too! Some of the stores had lines because so many people were out there, employees standing at the entrance and letting people come in as people left to avoid overcrowding! There are so many different stores with some of the popular name brand items. They have Starbucks out there if you want a pick me up while you shop, they even have alcoholic drink bars if you want to sit down and have some drinks! There are also independent vendors out there looking for your business as well. You can't go wrong with either option, pick one or choose both! I would definitely recommend this outlet!.

After visiting across the street, I went to the main outlet mall area. It's a good place to get your steps in. There are a lot of stores, a food court and lots of tourists pushing luggage around, parking is parking. So just make sure to put your patient pants on. What I did appreciate about this location is that they had a large selection of jewelry especially Betsy Johnson. Her fun holiday jewelry is always a must for me and they had a great selection.

The first garment was a body shaper which ripped after wearing it two times. When I called the store she advised that I purchased the XS and I should have purchased a large. I am 5'4 and weight 120 lbs. If I am a large, I'm not sure what someone would have to weigh in order to be an XS. 100 Ibs? In which case, they would NOT need a shaper! The second garment was a waist shaper. It was a size medium. After wearing it a couple of times I noticed that the metal boning was pointing out of the bottom of the seam. Sure enough a few weeks later it worked itself out of the seam. When I spoke to Sandra about this she said that I had misused the garment. When I asked her what 'misusing' the garment meant, she said 'I don't know'. I have never put the garment in the dryer and have only worn it a few times. Sandra refused to even fix the garments for me. I now have two garments that are completely unusable. Buy your garments elsewhere! Sandra's customer service and commitment to her product are seriously lacking. I did purchase an Ann Chery shaper online and it was cheaper and I have not had any problems with it as of yet.

Went in today looking for a white or cream outfit and she did her best to assist. They have lots of patterned items and some solid color items and it's a fun cute little store. Only negative on my end would be the stores temperature felt a little want but it could just be me, the store had a nice scent and was perfectly lighted. I was asked to leave, saying I couldn't shop, because someone I know works there didn't have their physical results of their COVID-19 test (negative by the way, just waiting for the paper in the snail mail) as I'm associated with that person. So other customers can shop without the store knowing if they are positive or not but can enter with a mask on. I don't see the logic here. The mask is intended to prevent the spread of droplets out or in therefore I was protecting myself and those around including with social distancing. This is a damn shame! I know we are living in a difficult situation but bottom line, I had my mask on still keeping my germs to myself and sanitized my hands upon entering the store. I am no different than some other customer who enters wearing a mask regardless if COVID-19 was positive or negative.

This app is always super friendly and the store is very clean so it's easy enough to shop around. I just don't feel like it has the deals that you're going to find an outlet store for other chain brands. If you go to your regular Loft at any mall or strip mall location you'll have a clearance area or sale area that has some pretty good pricing. I feel like this store is offering up just a larger version of the clearance area that you find in the regular location. A lot of the items are regular price with 40% off sign, which happens a lot of times in the stores around seasonal times. Every now and then I do happen in when they're doing an additional sale on top of the sale which is really nice so the prices do become good so if you hit him during that you'll probably get a deal. I do have to say though it is five stars for the staff because they are always super friendly and helpful. They always stop by and make sure that you don't need any help or if you do they're happy to pitch in. I've never had a problem with any of the staff on site and I think that they deserve a little bit of a call out. Overall: B- They may not offer the deals you expect to see for an outlet location, however if you really love this brand it's a great store to stop and because it's clean, well-kept and has my staff.
