Here's an example how he's good and thinks out of the box. I bought the suggested Sonos sound bar mount but he suggested using his since the sound bar can move with the TV once we swivel it. If he used the Sonos mount, it was stay on the wall. He also suggested using the supplied HDMI cord Sonos supplied versus the 3rd party I got from Amazon. Chris and Cody from Suncoast Security Works did an excellent job installing a video security system…read morefor me. It was a 2 day install and they did a great job in camera placement so I could watch all the areas I wanted to see, as well as being able to hide the cables that run to those cameras and back into the NVR unit. They had to drill through walls and floors and tuck and hide wires and when finished the cameras all look very natural and blend in well with the surroundings. They installed a back up battery power source, and the head unit inside a steel lock box, and even a microphone for audio recording. They did a great job at a fair price. Chris is very knowledgeable in the security business and they were professional acting and focused on completing the task at hand as quickly and as well as could be done. They made sure everything was working correctly, and to my satisfaction before the job was finalized. They do accept paypal credit card payments, cash, and maybe even checks for payments. They are a third party. We recently purchased our home. He said that our real estate company paid for the installation and the equipment. Our realtor had no idea about this deal, when we later asked them about it. He got us on the hook for a 36-month contract and was rushing to get a technician out to do the install the same day. After looking at the contract and seeing some inconsistencies that set off red flags, as well as poor online reviews, we decided to cancel. The number listed on the contract to cancel sent us to ADT and they couldn't help us. We got back in contact with the dealer and were able to cancel, but they did not send the cancellation in writing (another red flag). Overall, it was a shady experience and we are glad we cancelled before we owed a ton of money. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME.
