Considering I booker 3 weeks earlier you would have thought they would have scheduled enough time but they did not. so they installed the toilet told my wife it was done and left. 3 HOUERS LATER. WTF. When I came home I was told the toilet would not flush. so I put an endoscope down the toilet and saw it had a metal cap in the drain. I pulled the toilet off the base cleared the drain and re installed it in 1.25 hours. By my self, did I mention that there was 2 of them. OOOOO I also hade to go to the hardware store to get a new wax ring, took about .5 hours. So to pull the toilet clear the drain and re install it took about 45 min. took 2 journeymen plumbers 3 hours. WTF I WAS BILLED $637.88 TO INSTALL A CLOUGED TOILET. The manager's and owner's story did not match the technician's reports, texts, communication - was obviously making up excuses.
