We have had the exterior of our home painted by How We Roll. The quality of the work was good but…read moreinitially the start up took a little time and lasted too long. We found we had to always check the work as the painting progressed. Sometimes there was more talk than action and found it quite distracting when items had to be addressed. We also had to deal with excuses for some of the work. They had other projects so at times the owner would not show up. Finally, we found the last day was rushed since they had other projects overlapping. Again, being distracted by much talk we inspected the house and the next day or so let them know that some things had to be addressed. They damaged the man door in the garage and the interior of the door was scratched along with flashing that was painted on the north side of the house but not past that point. The phoning, texting and sometimes personally catching up with them over a period of now two years did not succeed in having the deficiencies remedied. We were also told that they could not make money on coming back, but initially were told if there were any problems that we should let them know so they could take care of them.

I've had great experiences with this company in the past. However I ordered flooring to get…read moredelivered and was not treated right. An already irritated man and woman showed up. The man called my mom stupid and useless because she couldn't help carry the flooring out of the truck and into our basement. My mom has a broken foot with a cast. The woman was swearing quite loudly for unknown reasons so I politely asked her to stop as there were children around. Her response was to spit in my face ( during a pandemic) and yelled "fuck you". APPALLING! I gave them the cheque and the man proceeded to quite aggressively throw the flooring onto our driveway, while continuing to belittle my mother. Quite unfortunate experience. I even tried to help them out and called some people to come help. It never hurts to be kind to people and if your working in the customer service industry I suggest you make kindness your goal. Hopefully you guys can work on this issue so other customers can have a better experience!
