Considering I booker 3 weeks earlier you would have thought they would have scheduled enough time but they did not. so they installed the toilet told my wife it was done and left. 3 HOUERS LATER. WTF. When I came home I was told the toilet would not flush. so I put an endoscope down the toilet and saw it had a metal cap in the drain. I pulled the toilet off the base cleared the drain and re installed it in 1.25 hours. By my self, did I mention that there was 2 of them. OOOOO I also hade to go to the hardware store to get a new wax ring, took about .5 hours. So to pull the toilet clear the drain and re install it took about 45 min. took 2 journeymen plumbers 3 hours. WTF I WAS BILLED $637.88 TO INSTALL A CLOUGED TOILET. Billed us for weekend rates without need - could have to be repaired during the week at regular time. Took over three months to speak to someone about the concern with the bill. The manager's and owner's story did not match the technician's reports, texts, communication - was obviously making up excuses.

Once I made a decision to replace two furnaces, two humidifiers, one air conditioner I was given a firm quote with a start and finish date. Simon and Danny were the two gentlemen that showed up on time despite a large dump of snow. They removed the old furnaces and installed the new furnaces one at a time. At no time was our house uncomfortable during a cold period. They said two and half days. The removal, install was completed on schedule. Everything was left tidy and clean. Both Simon and Danny were very knowledgeable and courteous. Both Simon and Danny were well trained and knew the products they were installing. Ben was very professional and pleasant...and there were no surprises with up charges on the final bill. This work was being done for a rental property and when he was done with the work he gave his card to the tenants and told them to call if there were any issues...even if it was in the middle of the night.
