I felt almost as if I was on an amusement park ride the way the seats moved and jerked into action along with the movie scenes. I was startled a couple times by the water mists and ticking air gusts at my feet. The ticket pricing and snack fees were probably not something I'd spend my own money on without a gift card because they were pretty pricey. It's also a slight maze to locate the theater between the basketball arena and nearby restaurants.

I called and no one answered so I had to leave a message. I could not even get a quote or any info without sending an email which I did. Turned off by the fact I could not talk to anyone I went to second name on list. The website showed me pictures of options which was very helpful. The owner Chris answered the phone right away. I told him what I thought I needed and he advised me I likely needed two tents. Within a few minutes he sent me a quote for the two tents and lights. And within 20 minutes we had made all the arrangements. Meanwhile it took the first bigger company four days to even contact me! Chris confirmed delivery the night before and showed up exactly when promised to set them up. Could not have been more pleased. Glad I went with the little guy!

When I called they knew I was so nervous because of the weather changing so much, but they promised me they will call me on the day of the event to make sure the weather was good for me to continue, they kept their promise! We spoke on multiple times that day reassuring me my event will continue. The pricing to have them come to my event and provide all that they provided with only me supplying an electrical outlet and a DVD was beyond AMAZING!!!!!! My tech Eric arrived before on time which was great, he was extremely pleasant he did an amazing job at setting everything up to be certain the movie began on time, he even checked with me to see if the movie was loud enough for us and provided me with an option to go lower or louder with the volume which was very courteous of him to do. I will definitely recommend Ultimate Outdoor Movies for any event someone may have, it is WELL worth it! I know I am going to my next meeting and informing all my colleagues of Ultimate Outdoor Movies for their events.
