When i asked her for her name she put me on hold just to cowardly run away and never bothered to get back to me. Every dentist/doctor has a receptionist and if the receptionist is this rude why would you want to go to a place that will take care of your teeth/ health when the first line of defense speaks to you with such attitude? The receptionist not only was speaking rude but also calls me stupid?? The dentist is fine, the place is clean but the people who handle your money and appointments are not trained well with patients or even how to speak to a human being. I advise anyone looking for a dentist to look the other way or else you will get a call early in the morning before you even brush your teeth and will take their anger out on you just because you weren't notified of an appointment.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating, I always feel like my teeth are cleaned properly and that they are looking out for me, and they make sure to remind me when I have an appointment. I started going to Dr Yu after my other dentist missed a HUGE problem that had been going on for years. The damage in the end was quite bad and I required surgery. No one noticed it until I came here, and they helped me fix it. That deserves 5 stars alone. Location is in Bridlewood mall, by the library, in that hallway past the food court.
