My daughter was involved in a car accident caused by her driver!! There was optimal road conditions that morning and due to reckless driving, an accident occurred. The driver kept claiming he was a witness, when in fact he was the direct cause of the accident. He made a u-turn on the highway, without blinker or looking. This resulted in the accident for the driver behind them. My already anxious teen to became terrified and sent me photo's and a series of texts during her fright. She over heard other students stating that he is a bad driver and they weren't surprised this hasn't happened sooner or there were worse results. There has been other incidents that my daughter has felt unsafe during her morning commute to school. She saw that the driver doesn't look before crossing road, he swerves over the solid yellow line while driving on a regular basis. I can't believe someone can be a driver for special needs children (or any child, for that matter.), with this kind of driving record. I worry what bad road conditions would have resulted in this particular circumstance. I trust that this driver will no longer be working for transportation for this school or any school for that matter.
