He is a chubby/stocky, medium height blond man with an Irish accent. He had his school age child in pajamas with him while he was doing the initial work (during school hours on two different days) which I also thought was odd. I was hesitant to hire him initially but gave him the benefit of the doubt. $2600 later, I had to hire a different roofer to repair his shoddy work.

They basically strung me along and wasted my time. How unprofessional and disrespectful! If they couldn't or didn't want to do the job, why didn't they just say so? I'm really disillusioned.
