I hired/retained this company in October of 2017 and made my additional payment of $595 for an Addendum on October 25, 2017. I said yes, I am allowed to not be happy with the services or lack there of, I am receiving. She screamed and yelled at me and told me how dare I do that and now, I have agitated her and she is unsure if she wants to be my advocate, and how only people like me leave bad reviews. This firm is a scam, I believe she intentionally waited the day after my one year anniversary and used stalling tactics to now want to charge me an erroneous fee of $1500 and so kindly take off $300 if I leave a good review on Yelp.
