Absolutely terrible!, if I could give them a zero I would. Guy completely scratched both my big toes with his file and when I told him he just shrugged his shoulders. It was so bad that my family and I were really worried about infection. From the moment I got home I cleaned them and started putting antibiotic cream on until they finally healed, but it took weeks. Then he started to file down my callouses and I even told him then that I was very sensitive, but he just kept going and acted like I was putting him out because he had to slow down. I was very unpleased with the service when I took my grand daughter to Dazzle nails in Statesboro, Ga. , The person waiting in her was sick, rude, unfriendly, and did not do as requested. He had a mask on but, it did no good when he pulls it down to pick his runny nose and coughing all in his mask. He had to constantly be corrected cause he was doing her nails wrong, and still did them wrong. He was unpleasant, and disrespectful, I don't go to a salon to be in a bad mood when I leave it to enjoy it when I go. if i could give 0 stars i would. this place is extremely unprofessional. they don't take their time at all and still have the nerve to charge a crazy amount for something so simple. i went to get my nails and toes done and asked for basic manicure ($35) but was charged $45 then was charged $75 for a french tip look she couldn't even properly accomplish. when i told her i didn't like it she caught an attitude and began talking in her foreign tongue. i wasted money there only to walk out extremely unsatisfied & damn near in tears. everyone was rude and didn't care to hear my opinion on something i was paying so much for. left there only to spend more money some place else to fix their mistakes. I prefer this salon over most in Statesboro. I get gel polish on my nails and toes, and this salon usually does a good job with both. My biggest complaint here is that sometimes they get really backed up and will leave you soaking until the water gets cold. Also, there is one gentleman there that I will not let do my toes because I always end up with ingrowns when he does it. Other than that, I am usually very happy with the end result. read more

Visting home I decided to get a pedicure at one of my favorite nail salon since I didn't have time before I left home. I noticed half of the old staff were no longer there. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON IN STATESBORO. On Friday May 18th, 2018 I visited the salon and received an $41 SNS including tip. If done properly, the manicure should last up to 3-4 weeks. By Friday May 25th, 2 of the nails had chipped and cracked straight away while I was out of town and by Monday May 27th, 2018 (a week and 3 days later) five of my nails were cracked off. Once I got back in town today (May 31st) I went straight to the salon and showed the manager proof from my bank statement on the 18th and explained how very poor my nails looked and offered pictures from the days that the nails chipped off. I requested that either they refunded me the $35 dollars from the service or redo my nails to make them presentable. The lady who I was told was the manager told me that they would take care of me and redo them. I sat and waited 20 minutes for a man to begin my nails. Before he even began my nails, I called over the lady I previously spoke and asked her to clarify just to be sure that I would not have to pay for the service. She told me, once again, that I would not because the manicure should have lasted longer than 12 days and I thanked her. The performance of the SNS service was once again done incorrectly and I was unhappy with the result, however, I wanted to get out of there so I very kindly tipped the man who did my nails $5 and began to walk out. The same woman I spoke with earlier stopped me in a very unprofessional way and told me I needed to pay. Shocked, I reminded her of our conversation and she then insisted that was not what she said. When I showed her my nails and told her that I was still unhappy with the quality of the service and was not going to pay for something she said she would be happy to take care of, she began to haggle me about the price saying I could pay $15 dollars then raised it to $20 because I continued to display my disatisfaction. I have had SNS manicures from many places and have always had pleasant experiences and a manicure that looks good for at least 3 weeks. I was forced to pay $25 dollars for another unacceptable manicure. Since May 18th, 2018 (this makes 2 unacceptable SNS manicures in 13 days altogether) I have spent a total of $66 dollars for unacceptable manicure services because I was tricked into paying for a service when I was told I would not be required to. read more

No One in Statesboro likes this nail salon. I went just to see if the rumors were true about how horrible this place is and they are!!!! WARNING WATCH YOUR EYEBROWS!! The petite lady ripped the waxing stripes off of my eyebrows completely improperly and caused my skin to bleed. That has NEVER happened to me before and I have been getting my eyebrow waxed every 4 weeks since I was 15, I'm now 21. There also was a huge brawl between a few of the customers and staff and the police were called and they broke it up. Also, I received a piss poor mani and pedi with old and used tools and a pitiful "cheetah-print" nail design. The service was sooo bad that it's laughable. To put the cherry on top, when I paid for my overpriced poor service, I was told that as a GSU student with my GSU ID I would receive 10% off my total if it came over $25.00. This is also print all over their nail salon. They told me it wasn't true and I did not have a high enough total. My total was $55.00 and that's without the tip. All in all, just don't waste your time and money! There are MUCH BETTER nail salons in Statesboro and Savannah, and they also have better prices! read more

I love going to Dazzel Nails I've always had someone different, just whoever is available take care of my manicure and pedicures. They really are great! They will offer you any assistance you might need. Very personable, if you look like you might be more comfortable with a pillow behind your back, they will also get one without you having to ask. They even do very well with small children. I have NO complaints- I never wait very long either, but if I did, it would be worth the wait- Thank you girls and guys! I went in with a friend to get our nails done. We each asked for a manicure and a pedicure. I was sat down to soak my feet and waited for about 20 minutes before a young man came up to me. I was treated EXTREMELY poorly. He did a terrible job on my toe nails (part of my nail was not even painted) so I asked him to fix them. He told me that my feet were "bad" so he could not paint my nails (I do not have bad feet). A new person (a girl this time) came up to start doing my nails and I asked her to cut my cuticles. She said that I only asked for a polish change, which is not true. From the start, I asked for a mani/pedi. She proceeded to SLOP on the nail polish and was very rude to me. Before she started doing my finger nails, she asked me to pay. I asked why since my friend beside me was getting the exact same thing done and she was not asked to pay yet. She then scowled at me and said something under her breath that I could not understand. My toe nails and finger nails look completely terrible. When I went to pay, she told me that she was going to charge me for a mani/pedi and finger and toe nail polish changes because "that's what I asked for," when in fact, I never asked for a polish change. The guy from before came up and claimed to be the manager. Very rudely, he said, "if you can't afford to pay $5 for a polish change, that's fine." Then he smiled very petty at me and walked away. They were busy, so I'm assuming they just wanted to get people in and out, but that is NOT a way to treat a paying customer. I am very disappointed to say the least and will NOT be returning. I've been to Dazzles a hand full of times but my last two visits were terrible. I got my eye brows waxed and a mani pedi. My mani pedi was rushed and my nails looked awful (jagged edges, paint on my skin, she wasn't paying attention at all while trimming up my cuticles and cut me multiple times). And I broke out very very badly in my eye brow area and I'm almost positive it was because they use the same stick in the wax all day long saying that the wax is hot enough to kill the germs when it isn't. All that aside I thought I'd give them another try today when I needed a fill in. He broke two of my nails while filing and had to replace them and then charged me $25 dollars when a fill in is only $15 and denied my student discount because he said he was "giving me deal." When I asked the man at the cash register about my total he then argued with me. So I paid $10 extra dollars for a crappy job. I could've done a better job myself. I WILL NOT be returning and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

i absolutely love this place, i am from phoenix, az and i currently reside in claxton, ga and this place reminds me of the salons back home. i always go here to get my manis and let me tell you i have been to many places here and ga and i can honestly say that this place is the best. the staff are all friendly, they aknowledge as soon as you walk throught the door and even when it seems busy i hard ever have to wait and if i do it is not longer than 10 minutes. they do wonderful work and always aim to please and it always reminds me of home. i would recommend this place to everyone!! read more
