This will not be my place, unfortunately. The salon is cute and the people were very friendly ,so I was hopeful. It was really strange when they just laid me back in the chair right out in the open in front of everyone! The place I'm used to going takes you to a private room where you lay down on a bed and they give you warm blankets to cover up . It makes it very relaxing , while they work their magic. Here it was cold and it felt really strange to lay back in an uncomfortable chair , out in the open , in front of everybody , to have the service done! I do wish I would've left before having it done, now. Unfortunately, my right eyelashes took, but my left eye did not! So now I am stuck, looking very strange with my right eyelashes curled, and my left lashes not! . I haven't called to complain because I know I can't get it redone. I have to wait the course of a few months until the solution is off of my lashes to return to the place that does do a great job. I felt it was important to let people know this , because it sucks that my eyes look completely different! My right lashes are pretty and awake and my left eye looks bare unless I put a few coats of mascara on it to try to match my right eye. I do want to end on a positive note , saying that the girls were very friendly and the salon looked cute and clean so maybe try it for a different service but not the lash lift and tint!

She's great at what she does and chats during the process, but not a ton where you leave drained from making small talk. Her studio is small but comfortable and we joked about her fully stocked "mini bar" that obviously you can't enjoy until you're done and not lying flat on your back! The snacks were a nice treat on my way out. I will definitely be back.

She does not rush but is actually very talented and efficient. Not only that, my fills retention can last up to 3 weeks which is unheard of in Miami humidity! I'm very grateful she uses high quality products and focuses on lash isolation to protect my lash health.

The lashes are incredibly fake looking, very Miami club rat. They do not look soft or natural, and were not really put on correctly. They felt and looked like dollar store plastic lashes tacked on with superglue. They barely stayed on for a week, every time I got my lashes done before they stayed on for at least two-three weeks. After I got them done and wanted to cry because they looked so trashy, Katie asked me if I wanted her to take them off! Right. After having paid almost 300 for these monstrosities, I should have asked for a refund but I had to take a flight so ran out of there. Price is about average, but the product is just awful.

I made sure to stay in Miami for an extra day to go…read more My friend loves Dima so I was able to get an appointment and my Uber ride was having issues and Dima was very understanding and I appreciated that so much. Warm greeting and she offered water, restroom before we got started. She went over what we were getting . I got the wet look and previous place I went to they used a certain curl "M " so I asked about it, and she recommended based off my eye shape. I appreciated that very much. She recommended a size that would fit me. Everyone eye and face is different so that made me very comfortable. Dima will let you know what you will be doing as soon as you lay down and believe me you'll be comfortable. I love she takes her time and perfect everything. She showed my finished result and I was in love. I haven't had the right size curl pattern in years and I never knew. I don't like the over dramatic overly super long lashes or the super curl that I never thought would fit my face. I love my lashes, I love this true wet look. I love how the quality of the lashes are and they fit my face and not those thick lashes we see everywhere. You can tell she cares about the integrity of her work. she could've easily charged me with the "M " lash I mentioned but she wasn't trying to get over. I appreciate that so much. Anyone else would have easily charged extra for anything but she will tell you what she feels look appropriate for your eyes and explain why. I don't live in Miami but If I can come here to get my lashes done I will. I have been other cities and she is literally the first that truly fit my face and my lashes didn't over power me.
