The problem is the owner of the store ensured me and my wife that since our son was a valued customer, we'd get top notch customer care as we move our sons tank up north. As we got the tank up North we contacted the owner for the live rock, we received about 3/4 of the live rock that my son had. Shipping was paid for by us, and when the tank was ready for the coral he refused to send it to us. in The owner wanted us to pay for our sons past debt, I told him no, I will not pay for my sons past business deals with them, but I will pay for anything I need. Hence why I went and found a new fish guy.

It has a strong focus on exotic pets, such as reptiles, spiders, snakes, fish and more. They also had a nice selection of birds and they had a few monkeys behind a glass wall. Prices here were competitive and the staff was professional and friendly. We were saddened to see that they were not offering their salt water fish anymore, but as the girl explained, prices just become too much. It also looks like they no longer carry frigs. Mr. Petman Supercenter still has a lot too fries.. they definitely have some cool reptiles and they have some pretty cool birds, as well. Their spider and scorpion section was small and you could not see them, but again, it boils down to supply and demand. I would definitely recommend a visit to Mr. Petman Supercenter. It is a cool place to wander around and you might find something you didn't know that you needed. On this particular trip we just picked up a dog leash, but again, it is cool to wander about the aisles and see all that they have. Again, I definitely recommend Mr. Petman Supercenter and I give it five stars.

It's not huge but has a good variety of animals to learn about and see. There is one sand table activity for kids and a coloring area where your art work can be scanned and temporarily added to a little display. The touch ponds with the starfish and feeding the stingrays were fun for our kids. Some of the exhibit spaces could have been improved for children - they were too high for my kids to see into so parents prepare to do some heavy lifting. They could think about adding some step stools or some sort of mini stair system in certain areas to help improve viewing access for the littles. It's all one level and would be easy to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. Additional experiences include VR, mining, hold a baby alligator and stingray feeding. All come at an additional charge. The downside to this place was definitely the price tag. Military, law enforcement, Florida residents and seniors all offered a very minimal discount. Don't forget your various IDs because they're required for the discount. I told the abrasive cashier I didn't have my applicable ID and couldn't find a picture and she said "well it's only $1 discount". I was surprised she wouldn't take me on my word as a lot do these days, especially since it was "only $1". Not the best personality represented at the front desk. The gift shop is a good size and has all kinds of toys, clothing items, stuffed animals and a small area of books with some cute titles. Overall a good way to spend a couple of hours if you're willing to suck up the high prices. I'm glad we went today but can't say we'd be back if the prices aren't lowered...a bit of a one and done experience as it stands now.
