We've been pleased with her care as well as the care our baby has received from the other docs there in between our well visits. The whole staff at this location is super helpful and thoughtful.

It is so time consuming and a little unnerving to find a new primary care doctor. I was definitely…read morehesitant to go to a male doctor since I have only had female ones in the past. Let me tell you, this place is not only professional and easy to work with, they are absolutely one of the best at communicating with patients. They called to confirm my appointment, when I arrived they took me through all of the steps as a new patient, and they didn't make me feel like just another body to get through. If you get the choice, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Hoffman. Not only does he have an excellent bedside manner, but he takes the time to check through your previous records, ask you questions about your health, and offers reasons why your health is good, and suggests what you can do to stay healthy. The nurse was also awesome. LeAnn was profession and friendly. She took blood and was seriously so gentle. I was very comfortable and the wait times were not long. Total, I spent about 45 minutes in the office, from arrival to departure. If you are looking for a new primary care physician, definitely check them out!

As a parent, you just know when your child is in good hands - and that is exactly how we feel here!…read more I was actually seen at this same office as a child/teenager and although some of the doctors and staff have changed, a lot of them have not! It's great to see the same familiar faces that were here when I was a patient. The providers are attentive, never rushed, and always respectful of parent concerns. My kids actually enjoy going to the doctor and we are always treated like family from the front desk at check-in, throughout the entire visit, and again at check-out where we do the most important part of the visit - pick a sticker! I recommend Pediatric Care to anyone looking for a pediatrician in the area!

We've taken our 3 kids here for years and we still love Dr. Hein. But as the doctors have turned…read moreover, we are not nearly as happy with the new ones. Most recently we had the strangest visit. Our 17yo daughter had a concussion and saw Dr. Delsignore. It was so strange... First she made a comment as if my daughter didn't care about grades. If it was meant to be a joke, she has awful timing (our daughter is NHS, Honor Roll, AP course, athlete, etc at a very competitive school). Then it got stranger... the Doctor's focus shifted from brain injury to the fact that our daughter has lost couple pounds (she is not "skinny"). By the end of it, it was as if her bruised brain wasn't the problem, she just needed more protein. She kept saying "Healthy Lifestyle", as if our daughter was on drugs. I was offended. We left with zero information about her concussion, nothing about what to expect, risks, etc. We've also had unpleasant experiences with Dr. Partusch. So after 15+ years, sadly, we can no longer recommend this practice.

They are extremely patient, friendly, thorough, and they really go above and beyond at every appointment. We even had one doctor catch a few mistakes from our prior pediatrician - shout out to Dr. O'Bryan! I've never had an issue getting a same day sick visit and we've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. 5 stars!

My daughter was showing signs of SIDS, 2. On second thought, it was probably a seizure and I should take her to the emergency room, 3. No, wait, it's probably no big deal. The next day we went in to see a doctor and found that the experience that had prompted our after hours call was totally normal and the doctor we saw seemed shocked that we'd been told such wildly varied things. Another doctor marked my daughter, at 5 months old, as "obese" on her medical chart and suggested that we limit her breastfeeding so that she wasn't "snacking throughout the day". At this point, breastfeeding was her primary source of nutrition. She also suggested that our daughter sleep outside of our bedroom, though the AAP suggests waiting until at least 6 months. They really pushed the "cry it out" method on us and despite our protests that this wasn't the best option for us, they assured us it was the only option they could recommend. When we brought our daughter in as a newborn to see the lactation specialist, we ended up waiting half an hour while our daughter cried to be nursed because no one bothered to tell her we were waiting and we had been told not to feed the baby until the lactation specialist could be there. When we finally did see her, she told us she had been given a new scale and wasn't sure how it worked. After putting my baby on it and being unable to make it work, she pounded the desk on either side of the scale with her fists in frustration while my daughter lay there inches away. She also offered us a nursing pillow from a pile of them on the dirty floor in the room. In general, no doctors in the practice were willing to listen to our concerns or work with our parenting style. We always felt rushed and left frustrated. We decided on the practice because we loved Dr Ng but we were almost never able to see him and the other doctors on staff were so terrible we ultimately decided to switch to a new practice and have been much happier and visits have been way less stressful ever since.

Please, please, please consider Eastern Hills Pediatrics for your little one!…read more Back story: I used a different Pediatrician for my daughter for the two months of her life. I was criticized by this doctor and really felt like I was failing as a Mom. She didn't appreciate that I preferred to pump since my little one wouldnt latch. She also mixed up a food allergy with a skin allergy. Fast Forward: I met Nancy Brashear with Eastern Hills Pediatrics at a local baby expo. Nancy immediately took me under her wing and reassured me that I was doing great (first time mom) and that my baby was medically perfect! Nancy and the staff gave a wonderful first impression! I called right away to schedule an appointment and was in right away, they now accept most if not all insurance- awesome! It's a little complicated to find (building behind Mercy Anderson, 3rd floor) but once you're inside, you know it's the place you want to treat your child. Extremely clean and bright, sick vs well areas, tons of educational literature for parents and fun toys for kiddos. The exam rooms have very classy themes and the furniture is top notch. The nurses are all very nice and professional. Appointments are always quick yet thorough. I cannot praise Nancy Brashear enough. She has uplifted me from complete meltdowns in office regarding my baby's health. She's always a phone call away, which I've utilized and she has personally left me voicemails regarding results from important tests. I've also called the nurse hotline a few times and they always call back right away and give me the correct answer for my little one. I've also had Dr. Furby when Nancy wasn't available: he is a very smart, thorough Doctor. Plus, what kid doesn't love getting a sticker at the end of their appointment? They never run out ;)

Last 3 children have been healthy, and I slacked on their physicals. We were dropped from the practice, which was understandable. However, we received no communication telling us that we no longer had a doctor. We didn't find out until an emergency situation when the doctor's refused treatment and told us to go elsewhere. To me this showed a lack of integrity, trust and what about that hippocratic oath? This instance showed a huge lack of professionalism.
