Our room has a separated king-size bed room, hallway with bar area opposite the bathroom, and a sitting area with tv, sleeper couch, and desk. The pool is indoor/outdoor, separated by a glass wall that descends to the water level where swimmers can duck under to change locations. There's also a jetted hot tub, and a decent workout room (2 treadmills, 2 elliptical, 2 stationary bike, weight rack, bench, and yoga mats). Breakfast is included which usually consisted of eggs, sausage patty, roasted potatoes, biscuits, and gravy. There also yogurt, toast/bagels/pastry, 2 waffle makers, oatmeal with toppings, coffee, and more. In the early evening, there is a small buffet and drink tickets for 3 adult drinks, a soda fountain, etc. Food usually was hotdogs, taco bar or bbq. The staff is very friendly. We had a guest care person sit with us for one game of rummy before food service started. Throughout any food service, staff would walk around and ensure you were happy and warm you of service ending soon. We appreciated the friendliness and positivity.

Staff here was absolutely friendly upon checking in and throughout the rest of our visit . The rooms were very modern, cozy, and full of great amenities. Overall, my visit here was still good none the less.

This was my first time staying at a Towneplace. Reminded me a lot of a Residence Inn, with a kitchenette and free breakfast. We found our room to be clean and everything worked fine. The mattress was a tad hard and the pillows could have been better. As a Titanium Elite Lifetime member, I received a gift at checkin and my name on the welcome board recognizing my Bonvoy status. A nice touch. Probably the oddest thing that happened is when a strong storm blew thru on Saturday night and rainwater was blowing in around the windows. When we called the front desk, they told us they had towels to soak up the water. Given the lack of upscale features, I was surprised that my room cost $338 (including tax) for two queen size beds

The staff is always friendly, and having a kitchen for multi-night stays is an absolute must for me. During my most recent visit, I accidentally left behind a special item that had just been gifted to me. I realized it after arriving at the airport and immediately contacted the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond--she personally retrieved my item and made the process incredibly easy. I sent a prepaid postage label, and today I received my item back. This level of service is exceptional, and it's why there's nowhere else I'd rather stay for my work trips. Thank you for continuing to exceed my expectations!

This four-year-old property features a beautiful lobby, a great workout room, free breakfast and an indoor pool. The rooms are clean and spacious, and we loved the glass shower in our bath. Mattresses and pillows were so-so. Glad our room was on the opposite side from the Interstate. So no road noise. As another Yelp reviewer stated, the walls between the rooms are like paper. We didn't have anyone next door until our final night, and we could hear everything being said next door! Like many extended stay hotels, they service your room every other day. As we checked in on a Tuesday, we were told our room would be cleaned on Thursday (Thanksgiving). When we discovered our room wasn't cleaned, I learned from the front desk that the housekeepers would only clean rooms that were being vacated. Not a big thing, but I wish the staffer who checked us in had communicated that.

General - I have never stayed at a Drury Inn before and I had heard good things about them so…read moredecided to give them a try on my last road trip with family. Location - This Drury was in a suburb (Fairview Heights) close to St. Louis. Lots of great restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away. There is also a decent sized mall just down the road. Rooms & Building - After staying at a couple Drury locations, you will notice that each one follows a similar pattern. Lots of seating in the lobby (which is great when getting food), nice size pool and hot tub areas, and sprawling complexes with additional seating nook found throughout. Our room was nice and comfy and easily fit our family of five. The building was in good condition and easy to find right off of the highway. Amenities - This hotel had a cool inside/outside pool that my kids loved to play in and nice (a little small but still relaxing) hot tub. Parking was free and utilized a large, private lot. There was also an office center and a small convenience store to purchase items from. One of the main selling points for me was their free evening dinner and free breakfast. Oh, and I can't forget about the free popcorn in the lobby. Food - While staying here, you are able to take advantage of a free breakfast and dinner buffet. The breakfast layout is your standard hot/cold/continental buffet. Hot options include eggs, breakfast potatoes, breakfast meat, sausage gravy, and waffles. Continental options are available too such as yogurt, cereal, breakfast breads, fruit, etc. I have to say that Drury had the best biscuits I have ever had for a hotel's breakfast buffet. I ate so much biscuits and gravy here, ha! The dinner buffet was great. At first, I thought it would just be a great way to save some $$, even if it wasn't the most enjoyable but the food was actually satisfying and filling. Food included hot dogs, soup, salad, pasta, meatballs and mashed potatoes, nachos, etc. Adults also get three free alcoholic drinks that include various cocktails, beer and wine. The kids can enjoy AYCD soda. Vibe - Easy going and super friendly staff. All the staff worked extra hard to make sure all of the guests were having a great stay, super cool to see. The hotel is definitely geared towards family but includes some nice higher-end touches like comfy seating areas, relaxing pool areas, and a decent size gym. With that being said, there will be a lot of kids running around but it wasn't as loud and crazy as I thought it would be. Reality vs. Online - Pictures that I saw on their website and online matched the quality and condition of the hotel and rooms in-person. No surprises. Price & Final Verdict - I paid about $100 a night. Great bang for your buck, especially when you included the free food and drinks that you can take advantage of. Drury's are a great place to pick if you want a casual all-inclusive experience while traveling, especially with kiddos.

Manager keeps light off in the area around the dining room (tables set up) without recognizing that people sit there for reasons other than waiting for breakfast and evening "kickback". I know they use the lights as messaging to the guests when kickback starts (Though NEVER at other Drury's) but the manager (woman with long blonde hair) walked past me twice sitting in the dark rather than offering to turn on the light while I work on my laptop. Food choices for kick back don't take into account non meat eaters like all other Drury experiences I have had (It's not really free when the room rate (159.00) is much higher than others in the area). I would not recommend this particular Drury though I highly recommend the other Drury's!

The room was cozy and the place was relatively quiet with a room on the top floor near the end of the hall. While a little outdated, everything worked and the room was clean. What I didn't like is the bed was not very comfortable so I didn't rest very well during the night. The covers were also pretty thin. The breakfast was quite lacking. I could understand if I went at the end, but it was about halfway through the posted time. So what they do they are doing right. The price point was great for a 10 hour stop. But there are some things that if they were improved would make the stay even better.

All the carpets are old and stained. The bedding covers are old and stained. The room decor is outdated and dingy. Shower rooms are tiny The free breakfast was simple but the selection was adequate. Waffles, bread , bananas and yogurt. Coffee tasted really bad but aside from that it was ok. Fly problem throughout the property. The man doing room service has no wheeling trash to collect so has to go in each room then down the hallway to a midway exit and put the trash outside. Back and forward. What a waste of time and energy! Also the trash piles up there for hours which is probably part of the fly problem. There was a power outage. Not their fault but no communication, no backup system. This place has friendly staff but it's lacking some common sense solutions and much of the place needs to be ripped up and replaced.

The room was clean & inviting. The colors neutral. Water temp & pressure would up to par. No drainage/ flushing issues. Towels weren't huge & plush but they were larger & thicker than many. The temperature control is motion activated. A lovely idea in thought but, in practicality, not so much. It would shut off while we were asleep & it would get hot. We would wake up & move, then it would come back on & cool off. I'd like to see the carpet go away & soft close toilet lids addes - otherwise, it was a-ok. Breakfast had what seems to be the standard: bacon or sausage, biscuits & gravy, eggs, make your own waffles - with the added touches of fresh baked cinnamon rolls, as well as fresh ground coffee - with the machine grinding for each cup. Unlike the many unattended Breakfast rooms of late, there were 2 staff working the room here. That meant fresh foods were well-stocked & everything was spotless.

PROS: - Best part is the conscience of its location due to several surrounding establishments: Target, Dollar Store, Ross, and more. - Complimentary breakfast - 24 hrs access to indoor fitness center (small, but it has all your all the essentials) and there's an inside heated Pool. - Pullout bed-sofa - 24 hrs indoor Grab-n-Go store with several pay options. - Plenty of parking space CONS: - Near a freeway/highway so you feel and hear the zooming traffic. - Doors aren't sealed with sound proof material so you can hear everything outside (especially if your first floor, we were near the front so I heard everyone going, BS'n, and accounted their misfortune of credit card issues or not being booked) So ensure you get to choose your room versus luck of the draw if you go thru a discount from Priceline. - ICE machine is in the pool area (why?!) awkward walking into a couple getting romantic with one another bc I need some ice. Believe me it's located in the rear so the walk was very awkward. - Small gym, tighter than usual and no sanitary equipment or at least not present when I was here. - Not much handicap parking. I don't get Diamond Member Parking for this location, if you had a massive building and a parking garage then I would understand because of how much more rooms you'd have, but for this. Why not just make those Handicap? - Pull-Out Sofa bed is great, but time for an upgrade bc that is very uncomfortable. - Beds were solid and firm, but YOUR PILLOWS WERE THE WORSE. They may look soft and comfy but they SINK FLAT! TIME TO UPGRADE! - So many damn light switches and locations for them. Had to switch multiple for what area I needed light and played a game to just figure out what shut off and turned on what. L - Prices in your convenient store were crazy pricey. - Tour prices nightly sucks, especially with what you offer. But I get it, so any complimentary is your way of saying you're still paying for it just during your stay.
