Nice rooms, friendly and attentive staff, breakfast and happy-hour gratis service, super neat pool, and dog-friendly makes this one of our favorite hotels in recent memory. Our room has a separated king-size bed room, hallway with bar area opposite the bathroom, and a sitting area with tv, sleeper couch, and desk. The pool is indoor/outdoor, separated by a glass wall that descends to the water level where swimmers can duck under to change locations. There's also a jetted hot tub, and a decent workout room (2 treadmills, 2 elliptical, 2 stationary bike, weight rack, bench, and yoga mats). Breakfast is included which usually consisted of eggs, sausage patty, roasted potatoes, biscuits, and gravy. There also yogurt, toast/bagels/pastry, 2 waffle makers, oatmeal with toppings, coffee, and more. In the early evening, there is a small buffet and drink tickets for 3 adult drinks, a soda fountain, etc. Food usually was hotdogs, taco bar or bbq. The staff is very friendly. We had a guest care person sit with us for one game of rummy before food service started. Throughout any food service, staff would walk around and ensure you were happy and warm you of service ending soon. We appreciated the friendliness and positivity. read more

Drury Inn is my usual favorite hotel to stay at whenever I get the chance. This will tell has a lot of great options to do in walking distance which is my biggest thing when booking a hotel. Staff here was absolutely friendly upon checking in and throughout the rest of our visit . The rooms were very modern, cozy, and full of great amenities. There's plenty of parking as well with easy access to the highway nearby. The one thing that always the points me about Drury Inn is that their breakfast selection is not the best. Overall, my visit here was still good none the less. read more

Well this is not a bad hotel but it wouldn't be my first choice if and when I do travel home again. The weekend was ridiculously busy, loud and out of control. Full of kids running up and down the halls. Not my scene. The free breakfast looked ok but I didn't eat it. I had to call the front desk because there were bugs on the ceiling that I couldn't identify. They said they were lady bugs. Weird that they would be inside. Someone came with a vacuum and vacuumed them off. Then some other strange woman came with a vacuum not knowing one had already came. It was disturbing. An awesome stay right off the interstate which served as our base for St. Louis. The hotel is well maintained and super clean. The staff were great to deal with and at breakfast they were always checking in. Breakfast was hot and fresh, with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy and other items. Great coffee and teas available much of the day. The indoor outdoor pool was a hit as well. We didn't have a chance to check out the light supper they offer in the room rate. Also a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait to return! read more

Do not book here unless you are a perfect person. Something happened while I was clicking aroud trying to book a night at this hotel and somehow the date got switched... I noticed the error I had made immediately when I got my confirmation email. My fault. I know. But I called the hotel right away... Asking anyone to help me. All they would do is direct me to a hardship form to fill out and told me there was no one I could speak to. I didn't even care if I got my money back I just wanted a night credit to stay when I could actually be there. They refused. Told me I agreed to the terms and now it's not their problem. The hardship form did absolutely nothing and they could care less. I ended up having to book again... Of course I didn't go with Drury inn!!!... Had to Pay twice in one week to visit my niece who is in the Air Force nearby! They got money for nothing.... They should be proud of their business ethic! I hope everyone treats them the same cause they don't care about us!! read more

Truly enjoyed most of our stay. The room was great the eniter facility very clean. The pool area is especially important to us and it was clean and kept well we enjoyed it very much Saturday afternoon however, on our Saturday evening, ourselves and I believe a few families we noticed were unable to enjoy the pool areas. There were what appeared to be kid/teenage party of some kind going on with an over full area with no parents and little supervision going on. There was some conflict with groups yelling and squaring up for physical conflict which made up worry for our personal safety so we retired to our room for the rest of the night. read more

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and staff is super friendly and always asking if everything is alright. Breakfast and the dinner served is good! A big variety, everybody can find something they like! The thing that impressed me the most in our COVID world is how careful everybody was! There is hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE! SUPER!! Full breakfast, 3 comp adult beverages (don't forget to TIP) and the 5:30pm snacks are included in your stay! Customer service all the way around is fantastic. During my stay I was able to get coffee at anytime, the room was big and spacious for my grandkids to come visit for hours. I liked that the fridge and microwave are tucked away in a cabinet so they didn't take up counter space. Bed was very comfy, I even used the pullout couch...it wasn't comfy but I didn't wake with a kinked back or neck, it did look to have a black stain on the bottom but whatever. The comp drinks are good, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't see more guest tip the employees at the bar or those keeping guests tables trash/clutter free as they ate. With comp drinks most establishments do not offer anywhere else, guests should think of the great savings and tip to thank the employees in return. I do highly recommend this establishment for their outstanding customer service, their good breakfast and the 5 o'clock somewhere drinks & appetizers. Another thing I'd like to point out is that the rooms are pretty solid... I didn't hear any outside noice, thumping neighbors in rooms to my side or above me, which is great! I did forget to pack shampoo and conditioner but I was relived to see they also offer that in shower dispensers not those tiny little bottles other places leave on the bathroom counter. Every year our club goes to St Louis for a tournament, this year 2 of our 6+ teams stayed at this hotel occupying over 20 rooms for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and staff seemed accommodating, having a complimentary breakfast was a nice perk since it was cold, rainy, icy during our visit. After I left I had realized that I left some items in a dresser drawer (2 pairs of Nike shorts and 3 nursing bras I told them the specific colors even). I called as soon as I realized and the front desk person I spoke with told me the cleaning lady hadn't returned anything, and when she went to check the room she didn't find anything either. I called again the next day and spoke with the manager who told me the same thing. Someone had checked into the room a night after I stayed there, but I don't know why a random person would want to take worn nursing bras (gross) instead of turning them in. I hope none of the staff is a working mom to a baby because otherwise I think they would understand the frustrations I'm at here. Of course it's my fault I forgot the items and left them in the room, but being a mom within itself is expensive. And now I need to replace these items due to the lack of honesty. This will change the decision on staying here next year let alone more of our group joining. The lack of return of these items will now result in the loss of $9,000+ returning business. read more

I'm here for the weekend to visit family and to attend a concert. My daughter and had a late check-in and arrived at 1am. The front desk guy checked us in and didn't ask for any ID. There was a man sleeping in the lobby. We assumed he was a worker waiting for a ride. But the next morning when we went down for breakfast the was sitting in the dining area talking to himself and putting sugar packets in a bottle of water. I won't even repeat some of the profanity that he was using. None of the worker said anything and acted as if he wasn't there. Now guess what! Came in tonight after being out with family and the same man with the same clothes is sitting in front of the television eating food from happy hour. Now let's talk about this morning! At 7am the police is knocking on the door directly across from us telling the man to open up and get out. This is not a place that anyone should be spending over $100 a night to sleep. I am active duty military and my family and I moved to Scott Air Force base in July. While looking for a house, we stayed at the Drury in O'Fallon for 6 weeks. I can't tell you how much we appreciated how professional and helpful the staff and managers were. Everyday they Made us feel like family. Breakfast and dinner was always fresh and the staff constantly monitored the food to ensure freshness and cleanliness. The suite rooms for larger families were amazing. The rooms are very large and there was plenty of storage space for luggage. I will refer any military family to stay at the Drury in O'Fallon! read more

We stayed here when we were in town visiting friends. I was able to get a great room with two queen beds. Let me tell you, the beds so EXTREMELY Comfortable. It was nice that we could bring our 16 pound pup with us. The additional charge was only $25. The room was very clean and spacious, coffee pot in room. Plus in the shower there were dispensers full with body wash, shampoo and conditioner for your use. Much better than the little bottles you normally get in your room. We got a Wonderful nights sleep. In the morning the hotel offered FREE Breakfast, to include fresh eggs, sausage and bacon, there was fresh biscuits and gravy, which was quite good. Yogurts and fresh juices. We were Highly satisfied with our stay at the DRURY Hotel. The staff were very professional and polite. Looking forward to our next stay. read more

Excellent staff, very nice and professional! Excellent value! I checked in last night with 11 people, all individual rooms, and the front desk was very nice and very helpful, which I appreciate after a long day of travel! When they saw that we all showed up at the same time, 2 other people came out from the back to help check us in as quickly as possible. Clean, comfortable rooms and a small fridge and microwave. Free wifi. They offer a complimentary FULL hot breakfast, and free food and drinks (even adult beverages) in the evening. That's pretty awesome~! Across the street is a Target, and grocery store and multiple restaraunts, along with standar strip-mall type shops. All within easy walking distance (Note: if you have young kids, it can be tricky getting across the intersection, but you can stay off the road if you don't mind ankle-high grass). Bonus, when I came downstairs to ask about a jogging trail or somewhere to go walk without having to worry about traffic, there is a really decent park about a mile away and the walk there is quite easy (super-wide shoulders on the road to get there) and the front desk gave me excellent directions and a really good recommendation. It is always nice when the staff knows what is around thier hotel. Business center has computers and printers just off the lobby and, in fact, I'm typing my review from one of the computers right now! Breakfast was very good and had PLENTY of variety and it wasn't the standard dead-microwaved eggy patty in plastic! They even have a waffle iron, SCORE! I'm going to be here another 2 nights but so far, it has been excellent and no reason to expect anything otherwise. Close to Scott AFB/ Mid America Airport! We stayed one night during a road trip. Excellent value! The room was clean, up to date and very comfortable. On our return trip we will try to book again. The pool was a hit with my kids: you can swim from the inside to the outside. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well as towels. In the morning before they opened we noticed hotel staff maintaining the pool, cleaning and checking chemical levels, which is reassuring. We used the exercise room and the machines were health club quality and clean. The evening happy hour was excellent with 3 free drinks per adult and a taco bar which was replenished throughout; it was enough to feed our family dinner so saved another restaurant bill. Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. Cons: the room had shampoo and conditioner but it was not good- we used our own. Exercise room did not have mats for stretching or other floor exercises. Bathroom vent was not adequate for the shower (everything got wet). read more

This is one of the best hotels in the local area! I've stayed there twice and have had a great experience both times. The rooms are very clean and the amenities are great. The staff there is very helpful and nice. Also you get the most bang for your buck at this hotel. Our price included breakfast, happy hour meal type food with three free drinks per adult, and popcorn and sodas until 10 pm. First time staying at a Drury and I absolutely loved it!! This place is pet friendly and the pet fee is only $15! Nice lobby, VERY nice eating area! We had their free breakfast and the variety was so big! I was surprised to see biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious. Their eggs tasted like real eggs. Normally at hotels that have free breakfast, the eggs taste very instant. The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfy. The decor in the rooms could use an update, but it's not a big deal. Will definitely be back to this place if I'm ever in town. Oh and they have military discount! read more

I saw they had an indoor/outdoor pool but didn't have a chance to use it. Not too bad of a breakfast spread in the morning either. There was also a decent choice of surrounding restaurants in the area so that was a plus. ***One tip and it doesn't just apply here. Check the alarm before going to bed. Best dog hotel! Great area to walk the dogs, safe feeling, clean inside and out. The best part is their breakfast: 1. The lady attending to the area was the nicest person. She could make big $$ if she worked for tips. She chatted with everyone and made the place smile! 2. They serve Lucky Charms plus some healthier cereals. 3. Waffles, multiple types of coffee, donuts, toast, eggs with topping bar. The beds were also very comfy. I believe the have memory foam tops. TVs are nice size flat panels but the picture on some stations was not HD and the lounge chairs in the living area were uncomfortable and a little icky. Stayed at this property East weekend while the NCAA tournament was going on. The front desk told us we were more than welcome to watch the game on the lobby TV so we chose to do so. We said we might get a little rowdy as we are huge IU fans...they said no problem. we don't have guest rooms on the first floor. I stay in alot of hotels and I'm extremely picky. this property more than met our expectations so we even opted to spend another night. We had already checked out, went into the St Louis city and decided to come back. They checked us right back in with no problem at our same rate. This is a very clean property, rooms are quite spacious and have everything you could need. stayed here with our two teenage sons. They enjoyed the heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. We never had to ask for fresh towels at the pool as it was always well stocked. We also took advantage of the manager's reception which provided three adult beverages wine, beer or a mixed. They have a list you can choose from including margaritas or tequila sunrise as suggestions but they are willing to make anything you like. The hostess was so sweet she even made non-alcoholic Shirley Temples for my son. We also took advantage of the evening snacks: baked potatoes, chili, hot dogs, nachos including jalapenos, fresh salad, and macaroni and cheese. At night, they also prepare popcorn which was a great snack during our basketball game. The breakfast was also very good and offered a lot of hot and cold choices. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, donuts, danish, milk, juice, coffee, oatmeal, etc. This is in a good location also, right off the highway 64. Plenty of shopping nearby. A couple of restaurants within walking distance including Starbucks. You are also very close to St Louis The staff here is also fantastic as other reviewers have indicated. What a pleasant stay! We stayed here for a few days before moving. The pool was great, especially for my kids. The first night, our toilet was having trouble flushing and the little thing to pull for the shower came off. I let the front desk know. Not only did they promptly fix it, but they gave me extra points. The free breakfast was amazing. I've seen a hotel with free fountain drinks. All of the staff was super friendly. Plus, they're pet friendly and located right next to everything, including walking distance from Starbucks. Such a great value for the price I'm glad we stayed here. read more

My day, night, day stay was totally delightful. Loved my room, the pool, and Stoney Rivers makes an awesome steak. The hotel lobby was inviting and beautifully decorated. Very few guests when I stayed, but that was a large part of why I had such a great time. I had the whole pool to my self and things were clean and your needs easily at hand and smartly displayed. I just wished I could have stayed one more day. The first day I seemed to have totally relaxed, and just needed a little more "ME" time. read more

Wow. I was totally and pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had extenuating circumstances that caused us to bring our two dogs and it was no problem. Great pet-friendly hotel. First off, the key word here is CLEAN. It was spotless. Even the bathroom crooks and crannies were clean. Speaking of the bathroom, spacious - great shower. Good water pressure. They have soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower filled with the H2O brand. Very convenient We checked in late but hit the snack time and had some popcorn and soda. It was nice to get after a long drive. We did not get to partake of their kickback (dinner hour) due to our late check in, but breakfast was amazing. The quality shocked me for a free breakfast. I've paid big money at hotels for breakfasts they don't even come close. Delicious, hot and cold choices. Also, very clean eating area and the staff were constantly cleaning and ensuring the buffet type area was spotless. Staff was oh so nice as well. Every staff member greeted you with a pleasant remark and smile. We didn't get to enjoy the pool area but it also looked fantastic. I have a new favorite hotel. read more

I've got one word to describe this hotel, GHETTO! First of all when we went to the door to check in the doors were locked, kinda annoying when you're just trying to walk in and get a room. So a girl walks in behind me and picks up the phone and says she needs in and didn't even give her name or room number or anything and we walked in behind her. So if the purpose of locking the doors is for security then they're failing miserably if someone can just pick up the phone and say let me in. Then we go to the front desk and the girl working there wasn't nice at all and she asked me what brought us there and she said it like it was a survey or something they were doing. I was thinking uhhmm to sleep, but apparently she wanted a more specific answer and gave me several options to choose from. I don't know what the purpose was for asking a personal question like that, but it made me feel kinda of uncomfortable considering it's none of their business. So that was just in the first few minutes. Then we get up to our room and the walls were so thin we could hear people yelling and a kid crying and yelling and banging on things. I called the front desk and was telling her what was going on and she interrupts me and just talks over me and I said can I finish what I was saying you just interrupted me? Very Unprofessional in my opinion. I asked to switch rooms and she says it's because they're conjoined rooms. Well they shouldn't give you a conjoined room if the walls are that thin or warn you if that's all that's left, but they did let us switch rooms. Then we go down to the lobby because my daughter wanted popcorn and wanted to use the computer and there wasn't any popcorn and there was no one at the desk to ask about it. And there were people trying to get in front doors and there wasn't anyone at the desk to let them in so I walked over there and let them in. Who knows how long they would of been waiting there if I didn't let them in. Not to mention their security failing yet again. The lobby was so loud, it sounded like a grade school cafeteria it was really annoying especially at 10 at night and the elevator sounded like it was about to break. Not a pleasant experience. I changed my rating to two stars because after I talked to a general manager she did apologize and gave me a refund. read more

This was a fantastic choice for our trip to St. Louis. Easy access on and off I-64. Smooth and quick drive into the zoo (about 20 mins). The building itself is clean, up to date and well kept. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor swim through pool and hot tub. The pool was slightly smaller than some but was perfect for relaxing after a day at the zoo. The breakfast and evening snacks saved us quite a bit of money. I can't say enough about the friendly staff. We were greeted by Stephanie each day. She was helpful, super friendly and always making sure things were running smoothly. The breakfast and evening snack staff and housekeeping staff were equally friendly and helpful. The suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. We will be staying at this Drury whenever we come to the area from now on. read more
