    Front doors locked no one answered for service. I called a few times and no answer they could have left a note or changed the voicemail.

    Well, after a poor experience with Baymount followed by a decent experience, I was blown away here…read more I was traveling and a friend booked the reservation for me. I was hesitant but holiday traffic took a toll on me. We checked in at about 9pm on Wednesday and Cara was fantastic. The whole check in process was simple and friendly. The room was clearly renovated and very welcoming. We missed the breakfast but it didn't matter. Loved the walk in shower, too! My only feedback is that housekeeping should really ensure that that switch at the door will turn on the room lights. Apparently some guests manually shut the lights which renders the switch to be useless. Kudos to Cara for ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

I had made reservations online and inadvertently reserved the wrong dates. She was very gracious and found us 2 rooms. The rooms where immaculate, had new linens, mattresses and towels that rivaled high end hotels I have stayed at. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable. When I got home I had been charge for the no show nights as well as the intended night stay. I called and spoke to Lydia, the owner, and to my surprise, she immediately refunded my no show night for the 2 rooms. Seriously, this was my mistake because I had not noticed the dates on the confirmation email. Great hotel, Gracious lovely owner. I will stay there anytime I am traveling that area. Thank you Lydia!
