They're made to be shiny on top for some reason. You don't feel *as* guilty eating one of their breakfast sandwiches on a "croissant" here as you would at a different place since it's a different type of baked item. Oh well. Still tasty. I'll admit, I'm a sucky for cream cheese frosting and Cinnamon Crème uses more of a sugar icing- I was nervous at first but still tasty!
