Considering the difference between $15 and thousands for cosmetic surgery is enormous, I decided to give it a try. I hopped in the car and zoomed on over. Perfect eyebrows took me on a walk-in basis and they were fantastic. I got my Brows shaped and died and it really did make a pretty remarkable difference in my appearance. ... now if only perfect eyebrows could do something to make my jowls look better...lol

I do have thin eyebrows so it's not often I find a place that doesn't take away half my eyebrow while shaping them. Personally my service was completely silent but I didn't mind that. They did catch my earring with the thread and don't say anything so I think overall service could be a bit friendlier but this could be a one off experience. Threading is $15 and aloe gel at the end is an extra 50 cents.

Although one of the…read morestaff members is extremely rude and unprofessional, this is not the first bad experience I have had with this worker. I did come in 15minutes before closing time but did not see it as much of an issue as I was the only one and I was planning on tipping well. As soon as I walked in I felt my presence being unwanted. Dalia was extremely rough with me I felt as if she was angry at me! Aside from her not being gentle she asked if I wanted aloe on the brows when the threading service was done, I kindly declined as I did not want to bother her any more than what my presence was already doing. She still put it on my brow but then realized I asked her not to and she aggressively cleaned it off with a tissue. While she was doing my brows another client walked in and she said under her breath in an annoyed angry tone "OH GAWDD" and sighed. I was honestly in shock of her unprofessionalism. In the end when I was paying she was still rude and sarcastic when I asked for her name. Overall it was the worse experience ever! I felt so uncomfortable and am debating on returning because of this employee. I hope Ramen becomes aware of this terrible experience.

She's consistent, you will never leave with thinner brows than you requested. I've also done the lamination/tint (pictured) for special occasions (comes w threading) and I love it. Always get the best compliments. She's very professional and I just love her. I've had friends drive in from LA to get her service because they love my brows. If you're thinking the price is steep for brows, sure but it's your face. Brows are the most important thing on it in my opinion, so it's worth it. Her studio esthetics is a vibe, she's always changing things, keeping it fresh and organized. The way I like it! Visit her, you'll never go elsewhere.
