I suffer from extremely rare autoimmune conditions and chronic pain that have left me disabled. I've been going to acupuncture for 10 years in addition to seeing top specialists in the rheumatology field. But no matter how much acupuncture, herbs, herbal teas and traditional Western medicine helped, I was still in a lot of pain and still very much afflicted by my disease. My mom suggested Reiki and after a lot of research, found Dawn. I had no prior knowledge of Reiki or opinion about it one way or another, but was willing to be open and try anything that could possibly help me without hurting me. During my first session, as I was lying calmly on the table, a tear started to roll down my eye --and that's when I knew something powerful was happening.
