We came here because we wanted our after dinner treat before heading over the Bigfork summer playhouse (aside: it's amazing! We saw Footloose, and our daughter who normally falls asleep since these events are so late, stayed up riveted the whole time). There was a long line and it did not move quickly and service was not particularly friendly. To the reviewer who said the following comment, you get a gold medal: "Montana's SMALLEST scoop of ice cream." You are CORRECT. The portion is freaking tiny. Our daughter got some gross cotton candy flavor that we can't abide, but we went for a huckleberry cup and huckleberry milkshake. The ice cream itself had huckleberries that were so frozen that they crunched unpleasantly--like they had been added from a freezer bag. The milkshake, on the other hand, tasted like pure vanilla because the proportions were all off. Bottom line is that the people have spoken and this place sucks! Two stars. No thank you.

I then ordered my Usual Bacon Cheeseburger which I ask for Mayonnaise being that only ketchup was on the table. Well end of story I was also charged $2.00 for 2 small packets of Mayonnaise which the waitress did not mention to me like the other customer. The $2.00 Charge was listed as Crackers. How Ridiculous!!!! Soup should come with enough crackers ,My guess only 1 packet of crackers came with his Bowl of Chowder‍ My Burger only seems to come with the available with ketchup or an additional fee will be added. It's a good thing I didn't want any other condiments. Good Grief,How Petty. That was my Last Visit!!!!

We would definitely go back for the ice cream (and may, since we've discovered two more shops in towns we will pass through), but I'd encourage some work on customer service in the Missoula spot to match the quality of the product!
