I listed conservatively because I wanted people to look and bid it up. The agent only pulled 1 recent comp and did not think I could get what I was asking for. I told Bernette I had just replaced the water main line and she didn't even know what that was. I requested it to be added to the MLS and the preliminary documents did not reflect what I had requested. I was also told they could list with a few photos and then add more later. The situation then changed and she said I had to wait. The house was listed Friday before Easter and I felt forced to accept an offer after only 2 days. The in house closing company who works with them also screwed me over and was not ready with documentation. Lastly, Bernette asked for a review a week before I even closed. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SELLING YOUR HOME. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING COMMISSION NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE
