I tried to exchange 3 non functioning product and was told to see a different manager who I can not see because of his hours. Steve the manager who I am suppose to see gets mad when someone needs to return an item, it's his job. I never seen such lazy, ignorant managers at the rebel gas station 499 W. On many occasions early in the morning I would go for gas around 5:05-5:10am its closed. One day I walked in no one was in the store and a few seconds later a guy walked in and smelled like cigarette smoke, he got out of his truck and walked in the store to assist. (it was the only vehicle in the lot) I assume that was the manager Steve, There is no such thing as good customer service where they are friendly, you get these disrespectful bunch. I am polite when I interact with them and would say thank you, yesterday was the last straw with that Sonya yelling from the back room and could not hear her, her boy Patrick was up front she would not come out from the back room. A good manager would come out and tell you if the policy had changed or give you a number to call customer service with the product that does not work, not her. You can not beat speedway gas prices in a 10-mile vicinity. I'm lucky to live near it. Another reason is that you can start pumping two seconds after you insert your card. I am annoyed when gas stations ask for a car wash, loyalty program and you have to click ten buttons before you're good to pump. Here it's the fastest! Lastly, they have E85. That's super convenient for me and is a big game changer for having to fill up. They have a lot of pumps so there's rarely a wait to fill up. The air station is convenient and so is the vacuum. Inside they have all the things you would expect at a gas station.

He handed me some stubs instead of the regular print out and I started adding the stubs and told him half way through the tickets was already a higher amount than what he said. The gas prices here are on par with the rest, and their cigarette prices are 50 cents less than Speedway. Circle K also has a rewards program similar to the one at Speedway. Scan your card and with enough purchases of the same items, you get one free (ex. Frito Lay products, coffee, fountain drinks.) It is sad to admit that one too many of my meals come off a roller grill at a gas station. Unlike Speedway, this place always has fresh stuff up there, and nothing looks dried out and questionable. I once spied what could only be defined as a mummified hot dog at Speedway once. The coffee here kicks the ass of the crap they sell at Speedway. Since they have an urn system, as opposed to pots, the coffee stays fresher longer, and does not acquire that bitter, burnt taste to it. Even in the evening, they have a few varieties of coffee ready to go. The best part is they have Almond Joy flavored creamer! There is also a large selection of non-Lipton herbal and flavored teas. Everything is always well stocked, and very clean. Service has always been super-friendly, albeit a little slow at times. They may only have one cashier on duty, which causes a backup if one or two people in line have extensive Lotto purchases.

It is walking distance from my home and it is open 24/7 which makes it extremely convenient for me to do some quick shopping. As my husband and I were headed out to go to school the other day and our garage wouldn't open. The battery in the pin pad was dead! Ok so we will just use our garage opener....nope. That was of course in our car, which was in the garage. I began having a mini heart attack because naturally I had an exam that day and now I was either going to miss it or be extremely late. Then we remembered Walgreens! We ran as fast as we could over there. A very nice employee pointed us to the exact battery we needed, and we were in and out within two minutes! Plus, I got a second back up battery for free thanks to my Walgreens Wellness card (which is completely free and easy to sign up for, I highly recommend it. You'll save big bucks)! So we got in our garage and all was well. We just took a trip over there tonight because we didn't gave any sweets in our house so we raided the Walgreens candy and frozen section. Single serve cheesecakes, Charleston chews, and skittles. Mmm! I also use their photo department every time I need pics developed. They are so easy to upload onto the website from home, so cheap to develop, and so quick to pick up. Although it says an hour, I can usually get them in under an hour. It's really great. The store is always really clean and neatly organized. They have a full staff available at all times and they are always polite and willing to help in any way. I've used the pharmacy once and they were also really great. I will continue to happily frequent this walgreens!
