I only did it two times and just to exchange, did not ask for refund. Managers are ignorant and lazy. I tried to exchange 3 non functioning product and was told to see a different manager who I can not see because of his hours. Steve the manager who I am suppose to see gets mad when someone needs to return an item, it's his job. I never seen such lazy, ignorant managers at the rebel gas station 499 W. Boughton, Bolingbrook, Il This store is disgraceful how they treat customers. I will never bother going back to this store. On many occasions early in the morning I would go for gas around 5:05-5:10am its closed. One day I walked in no one was in the store and a few seconds later a guy walked in and smelled like cigarette smoke, he got out of his truck and walked in the store to assist. (it was the only vehicle in the lot) I assume that was the manager Steve, There is no such thing as good customer service where they are friendly, you get these disrespectful bunch. I am polite when I interact with them and would say thank you, yesterday was the last straw with that Sonya yelling from the back room and could not hear her, her boy Patrick was up front she would not come out from the back room. A good manager would come out and tell you if the policy had changed or give you a number to call customer service with the product that does not work, not her. You can not beat speedway gas prices in a 10-mile vicinity. I'm lucky to live near it. Another reason is that you can start pumping two seconds after you insert your card. I am annoyed when gas stations ask for a car wash, loyalty program and you have to click ten buttons before you're good to pump. Here it's the fastest! Lastly, they have E85. That's super convenient for me and is a big game changer for having to fill up. They have a lot of pumps so there's rarely a wait to fill up. The air station is convenient and so is the vacuum. Inside they have all the things you would expect at a gas station.

He handed me some stubs instead of the regular print out and I started adding the stubs and told him half way through the tickets was already a higher amount than what he said. He gave me $15 more and told me to take it and leave. He didn't have time to get me the proper printout because he was too busy. Seriously dude? It takes like 3 seconds. You push one button. Then the next time I went in there they told me I scammed them and took $15 from them. WTF? Really? I come here every week and spend at least $100 and you are going to accuse me of being a thief because your employee is incompetent and too busy talking on the phone to properly take care of customers? You guys are something else.
