Yep, this is a gas station and I'm TOTALLY brandishing it with 5 sexy (yes, I said sexy) stars. Besides it's quick flowing pumps, I LOVE the attendants here. Twice I came in and the older attendant guy was wearing a suit, and the last time I came in to cash in my scratch off tix and the younger guy congratulated me. now that's class. On top of all that, this place has a clearance section! Now, I know what you're thinking, but the clearance section is full of some damn good deals. I got a one pound bag of buffalo wing flavored sunflower seeds (not for me) for 55 cents! I mean, I'm no economic expert, but I'm sure that price is way below the actual market value. read more

I purchased $14 of goods: one of which, a 7up bottle. I opened it and being thirsty, I took a big gulp but it was flat. I immediately tried to return it and the clerk said he would not return it and said that I should have felt that the bottle was not hard and full of bubbles before I opened it. He also said I should have not drank out of it because it has no more value. Value? For what, to resell? Whatever that means. How am I supposed to know it's flat? Probably was bought a discount and expired. I cannot believe how he was yellimg at me. I should have called the police to settle it. Do not go there unless it's an emergency. I WISH I could give zero stars!! I had purchased a BRAND NEW 2018 Porsche Carrera and cane to this Mobile 3 times in the past month and my car started acting funny. I'll save u the details but I went to my mechanic and he shows me where the gas had come in and COMPLETELY damaged my engine!! The place where the gas is stored at this Mobile underground is rotted to the CORE and filled with DISGUSTING debris that will ruin your car! This has cost me over $20,000 to fix! On top of this entire nightmare, the people who work here (possibly the owner as well I'm not sure) are complacent, racist, entitled people with the worst attitude when it comes to basic customer service! Honestly, I never wanted them to pay for my car, nothing. Just an "I'm sorry" or "I will look into this so this wont happen to the next person" literally ANYTHING! What can I say? I've never had this happen to a single car of mine in my entire life (that's how bad they're gas storage is) and customer service is worst I've ever dealt with. Do NOT trust these guys they are thieves and dont care about anything but themselves. RUN. -99 STARS. The only reason I go to this gas station is because it is in close proximity to my home and makes it convenient. It is also cheaper when it comes to filling up than it is to go to the shell just across the way. I've only ever gone in twice and both times I was treated like crap. The first time, the employee was on his cell phone screaming and yelling directions at a buddy of his. He didn't acknowledge me at all when I walked in and he had no issue with throwing the eff bomb around in front of me. Real professional dude. As I was checking out, he still didn't say anything to me but continued talking on the phone to his friend about the location of the party that was taking place that night. I asked him if they do cash back and he shot me the dirtiest look and replied "suuuree." I said forget it, grabbed my stuff and left. The second time I went in there, it was a woman probably in her later 20's. She also did not want anything to do with me as she was in the middle of arguing with a customer because their pump didn't work and they had tried to re-insert their card multiple times. Should she really have been arguing with the customer at all? Probably, I've had issues where the pumps weren't working right either, but rather than going in and dealing with the employees I just leave. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because that is where I get my car washes and it does a pretty good job. Although I still have the complaint that the buttons don't work on the key pad and I can never hit yes for a receipt or choose that I want a basic car wash rather than a deluxe. I have been buying my gas from this Mobil for over 25 years. This has been a hard month for me financially, and I only had a bag full of quarters and a ten dollar bill in which to pay for my gas today. I carefully counted out my quarters into a ziplock bag before I got there. I presented my $20 worth of quarters and my ten dollar bill to them. To my surprise they refused my money! Not wanting to accept quarters as payment, I was amazed, as I thought money is money, here in the great USA. They rudely walked away and refused to sell me my request for $30.00 worth of gas. I stood, with nothing else to offer, so I had to leave the store. I assume they broke a law of some kind today. Not sure if I have any recourse of action to take. read more
