Even if your brushes are dried out this stuff brings them back and it also easily removes paint etc. from your hands. And it's bio. I've tried to order it from Catskill AS but they won't order it saying that their supplier doesn't carry it. I CAN order it from Rhinebeck Art Supply in New Paltz and I do but Catskill is closer and I'd gladly get it from there when I purchase other items. I used to live in NYC and shopped at New York Central Art Supply and it was a pleasure and a great place. For an art supply store not to be able to order certain items is inexcusable. If you need it and it exists they should be able to order it. Bad business practice. If you are reading this try the stuff it's amazing. New Paltz will have it in the store in a couple of weeks. It blends right into the other small antique shops on Partition St, as they have a large collection of decorative iron hooks and door knockers outside when they're open. They also have other antiques available inside. The shop is run 100% by the couple that owns it, and they do all the framing themselves. I brought them probably 5-10 items these last few weeks and they were very helpful in picking out frames. Prices were very fair, and they were able to find solutions when what we picked turned out to be too expensive. Everything was done within a reasonable amount of time as well. I don't have much time else left to frame, however I will go out of my way to use these guys again!

The paper had some small damage and folds that were in place since stored in our closet 20 years ago! The framed finished piece looks completely undamaged, clean and fresh. I brought my item to Certified Framing & Gallery and they put in new glass, repositioned/centered the lithograph, they appeared to have polished/cleaned the frame and put on a new backing with new wire and hardware to hang. My wife and I have a collection of autographed pictures that we want to hang in our house together…read more We wanted the frames to match but we couldn't afford to have six custom frames made so we purchased some inexpensive ones. However, the matting and the glass in cheap frames leaves a lot to be desired. I brought everything here, and we worked out a deal where they would custom cut replacement matting, UV protection glass, and then attached the pictures to the matting. When we picked them up, we just had to reinstall everything in the frames we already had (which they confirmed we pretty good quality frames). We are very pleased with the results.
