Tim Carpenter was my Mortgage Loan Originator at Wright-Patt Credit Union e. The initial contact was amenable. He told me what I would need, and I provide the information on the same day. After that things went downhill. He was very slow to respond. When he replied he did not answer the question I asked him. He did not call the listing agent or the buyers agent in a timely way. He asked me to provide him the same document repeatedly. He made mistakes in the closing documents because he did not read his emails thoroughly, so he did not have current information. An easy straight forward mortgage took three months to complete. I called and left messages, he did not respond for many days. When I was finally fed up with his service, I called and emailed his supervisor Bill Brogan, Loan Account Executive @ Union Savings Bank President, he never called me back. I did get a mortgage but the experience was so stressful that I will never use them again.

Sometimes, the wait inside is long. That can be irritating but I just try not to go inside when I'm in a hurry. They're busy because they're a great bank! I've always been waited on by friendly tellers....never had a single bad encounter with a staff member. I've visited a few other locations, and even though I live closer to the one on Xenia Ave, I prefer to go a little further to go to this one. I will never switch banks as long as they remain the way they are now...just perfect.

I just had the most stressful horrible experience of my life trying to buy a house. This man could…read morenot of done a worse job handling my loan. He required i fax and email him HUNDREDs of documents, literally, and as soon as possible. but then he promptly lost half, and so over the next couple of MONTHS he had me send the same documents sporadically. He would hardly ever pick up his phone, or even call back. He was rude and distrustful of my ACTIVE DUTY military status, no matter how much proof i gave him, he even questioned the fax number, not believing i was where i said. He knew i needed to close on the house ASAP since i was PCSing, but first gave my loan to a junior underwriter doing a intern, who did not properly finish my packet so it had to go to another underwriter to be fixed. Mark did not explain anything at all, or keep me informed on anything, i had been asking him for weeks what my closing costs were going to be, he gave me numerous figures before finally coming up with one that was supposedly right, about 600 dollars, the day before we were to close. Then, on the day of closing, he tells me the closing costs will be at least double that(which i didn't have since i had no time to save), of course i get frustrated and he is very rude about it, instead of being a professional, he trys to take the blame off of himself instead of taking responsibility and FIXING the problem like he should have. Then a half hour later he calls and says OK, its 800..thats better BUT not even a hour before we were going to close he calls and says its going to be 1500 dollars!! I had to convince my grandfather to help us out so we could close on time. Please dont let this man handle your loan!!

Manager just told me to file a claim with my bank. 10 days later I am still waiting for an answer to something that should have been solved with a quick cash count on their side!

6 months ago, I had one vehicle. I was paying 145 dollars through Angie and state farm. A couple…read morepeople in my family had insurance through her so i just started with her when i started driving. I was with her for years and my payment just seemed to go up. No accidents, no tickets. 145 for full coverage. I asked her month after month if there was any way possible that I could lower my rate. Everytime I asked I was told that I already had the bare minimum full coverage rate that I could have. Eventually I got sick of this and got a quote through Geico. 65 dollars for better coverage then I had through Angie. I called to cancel my policy and guess what she said? "Let me see what I can do to get you a lower rate." Absolutely not. I ended my policy with her and started with Geico. In the last 6 months I have added motorcycle insurance, insurance on my truck and renters insurance all while keeping full coverage on my car. All my vehicles have full coverage plus my renters insurance for 115 dollars through Geico. I am paying 30 dollars less than what I was paying for one vehicle with Angie, for 3 vehicles and renters insurance with Geico. Beware, she is a cheat. I could not be happier with Geico. Also Angie never sent the information she needed to send to my bank that I was covered. My bank almost charged me these crazy fines for not being insured because she was too lazy to do the things I was paying her to do. Not to mention the fact that they took my payment out after I cancelled my policy with her and only refunded 20 dollars out of the 145 that they stole from my account because she said I owed it to her. I am not sure if this is all state farm agents or just this one but look at a few other options before you go here. She is awful.
