They said they could probably come out today (Thursday), but didn't give me a time. I asked what time, so I could have someone at the house to meet them, and they told me "around noon". I had my boyfriend go to the house to wait for them because I couldn't get away from work. He waited there until 2 pm before giving up and leaving. While he was waiting I asked J&J to call when they were on their way, sent a follow up email to see if they were coming, and sent a text asking them same....... NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I ended up sending a text back and saying not to come because I'm going to go with some else. This is not an effective way to run a business. I need to be able to set a time or time frame and know that the company I'm hiring is responsible enough to at least answer me. I can only imagine if I paid them and something went wrong, how big of a hassle it would be to have them come out to fix it. Don't waste your energy or your money on this company.

Because of the Glass Doctor's lack of responsiveness and communication, I had a missing front door…read morewindow for OVER A MONTH. This is completely unacceptable. A security company shattered the window pane of my front door while trying to install a door sensor. I called the Glass Doctor to have someone come out immediately. They were there within a day which was promising. They gave us a quote, measured the door, and represented that they would have the glass within a few days and would be back promptly to install it. A week later, they were scheduled to come out to install the glass. When they arrived, I was told the last guy that came out "didn't know safety code" and therefore ordered the wrong window and also apparently measured wrong. At this point, I probably would have/should have called somebody else, but I had settled my claim with the company who initially broke the glass based on the quote I got from the Glass Doctor so I was reluctant to go elsewhere and desperate to get the job done without further delay as it was not only an energy issue having a missing window, but a safety concern. I was told they were rush ordering the glass which would be in in 3-5 business days and he is available should I need anything, don't hesitate to reach out at all. For the next month, I called multiple times a week trying to get an update from the Glass Doctor. Out of the 10+ calls I made, I either never received a call back or was told they would check the status of my order and then they would never actually follow up. After over 4 weeks, they finally came out and replaced it. I will say the guys who came out were incredibly kind, quick, and did the job for a decent price. However, the lack of responsiveness for WEEKS and the failed promises were so frustrating and there is really no excuse. I do not recommend!

Went to their shop, and they were so knowledgeable and informative enabling us to make the best decision for our shower door. They installed timely, communicated well, and did an impeccable job. We purchased the Shower Guard warranty (which is a different company from Buffalo Glass, but warranty is offered through Buffalo Glass) and within a month we realized one of the shower glass panels was spotting in one area even though we had it treated to prevent water spots. We called Buffalo Glass to let them know, and they came out immediately and confirmed that there were water spots that should have been prevented by the Shower Guard. So they contacted Shower Guard on our behalf and the warranty allowed us to replace the shower door that evidently had an untreated spot. This is the most trustworthy and dependable company I worked with on our bathroom remodel. Thanks Buffalo guys!!
