They charge way too much for the walk through service compared to other RV dealerships. Didn't like how they insisted on running my credit even though I had my own financing set up.

Saying we're good for our appointment and then while we were sitting there, they're up front BS'ing with their buddies and not even being on time. I talked to the group of people sitting in their elevated platform office, asking for some help closing a DONE DEAL and they asked if I would give them a shot at earning my financing to "save me some money" I said OK but let's make it quick. We sat there for another hour and a half and I was finished. I told them I wanted my down payment back and I walked away from the deal. I have never wanted to express my anger more and been held back by my wife. They asked for consideration and they spit in my face. They deserve NONE of your business!! Spend your money somewhere else!! (One last thing, the trailer they were going to sell me had an undisclosed crack in the front windshield. That's a $2000 repair that would've been mine if my wife didn't see it before we walked out.) NEVER CAMPING WORLD AGAIN!!!! Not even if my life depends on it. I'd welcome the dirt nap! I actually think I'd rather have a dog fart in my face then deal with them again. P.S. WTF can't I leave zero stars or negative stars? ‍‍‍

This time we looked at actual reviews of RV dealers and saw very good reviews of Windish RV and decided to give them a look. The first person we met was Josh in sales. He walked up and was very nice. Didn't pressure us into anything or hang around. He simply said if we need anything opened or had any questions to just flag him down. We walked around a while and found something we were interested in. I flagged him down and he drove right over. After talking to him, he was just the nicest salesman so we asked him about the trailer we were looking at, he explained everything. I said "let's go inside and talk." We did the "haggling part" I hate this part, mainly because of my experience at Camping World. I just left him with what I was comfortable with I thanked him ever so much for his time and we left. I got a call from Aaron a few days later asking if I was still interested and if I'd be willing to let them carry the financing.I said yes and sure. We went back this Saturday and finalized all the paperwork with Angela and the trailer is ours. I can't say enough positive things about everyone we worked with. Josh, Aaron and Angela. Didn't make us wait around, they were super accommodating. It renewed my feeling about all this. Thank you Windish and everyone who helped us.

We were having to stop about every two hours or the car battery would die, which was slowing us down on our 5000 mile trip. We looked on the Roadmaster site for an authorized dealer, and found Premier Auto and RV which seemed to be close to our campground. Other reviews commented on the great service, and that technicians would come to the campground if necessary. We called on the way to Colorado Springs, and they said to come straight to Premier and they would take a look. We pulled in Wednesday around noon, and Brian quickly diagnosed the problem. We were in our campground by 1:30 with a firm plan. The system was 8 years old, and well over 60,000 miles, so we were not surprised to learn that the motorhome was actually not charging the car at all, due to corroded wires, fried diode, and other issues. We went with his suggestion for an upgraded system. He was able to work us in on Friday, so we brought the car and motorhome in early Friday morning, rented a car to continue sight-seeing, and picked both back up on Friday afternoon. We are really pleased with the quality of service, problem-solving, having needed supplies and parts on hand, and a willingness to help out. Highly recommend. The friendliness and welcoming manner of the office staff was a great plus. We felt welcomed and appreciated.

The service manager called me and said it needed a new carburetor. I hesitated because I wanted to get the original carburetor refurbished to preserve the all original car. But I said to go ahead and replace it. They put on a new carburetor, which costs $599.95 on the Summit Racing website, which can be shipped for $22. When I picked up the car, the charge on the bill for the carburetor was $1,099.95 and shipping was $69.99. I challenged him about the bill and he said that is what they paid, which is a lie, along with his lie that shipping was $69.99. I called two days later and had a long discussion with him about overcharging me $500 for the carb and tripling the shipping. He defended both charges. Also, they replaced the hood release latch which costs $82.15 and was charged $166.41 for the part, and they changed the vent window regulator, which costs $225.00 and they charged me $495. I will never go there again and neither will any of my classic car or RV friends.
