It's a radiant system manufactured overseas. Add on a complicated winterizing process & an RV newbie such as myself, and it makes a perfect scenario for getting help. That's where sun city comes in. On our way up to northern Colorado for a job, we were in a time crunch to get our trailer de winterized, have the bearings repacked & have our glycol levels reviewed. Chris put our minds at ease when he told us he had attended a workshop up in Ohio specifically for Nucamp, so this wasn't just some random mechanic bumbling around & watching YouTube videos. Sun city was able to get us up and running in just a couple days. This isn't really some fancy large scale dealership like a camping world, but their prices will reflect that. They don't gouge you.
