He checked in with the city due to a easement on my property and got me the details of how it would/could impact the location of the fencing. They are extremely busy, so we had to wait about 5 weeks from estimate to install, but I would do it over again after seeing the results. The crew that came out to install the fence were courteous and very tolerant when it came to having a 2 year old and 4 year old watching them nearly the entire time. The finished result couldn't have been better. They put the fence exactly where I flagged it out. The materials look great and all the lines ended up very straight. I really can't find a thing they could have done better. If you need fencing American Fence Company is the way to go, and they were definitely worth the wait.

We said we wanted it exactly like the previous one they installed. After waiting several months the fence came in. The installer came out to put the fence in. After he had been working on the install for a while. My husband went to see how it was going. At that time he noticed it was not the same fence. After a very heated conversation with the owner. We discovered that they just were not going to give us back our money and they would not reorder the correct fence. So the owners informed us that we paid for the product not the install. We said fine. Do not finish the fence install we don't like it. At that point he said okay. My men are going to remove the fence. Wait you said we paid for the product and you are unwilling to refund our money. As I see it the product is ours. We kept the fence and his installer picked up his tools. It was a very stressful experience. Now we have a fence we don't want and partially installed. We still want the fence to match the other one. After they did the work, we had to have them back to fix unlevel gapped connections that looked cheap and horrible. They stated 'that's just how it is', so we sent them an explanation on how it should be with pictures. We told them we didn't feel good sending our remaining payment until the job was done correctly, so they finally came back to fix the problem that was visual at eye level and would have presented rust in the future and looked terrible. They were inconsiderate to dump their unused concrete in a pile that resulted in a hard mess in our yard. Hard to believe the other high rated reviews are real.

All Terrain Fence is beyond 5 stars, from the first phone call…read more Shawn does what he says, shows up when he says he will, completes it when he says, uses high quality materials, and has a very fair price. What more could you ask for? Shawn answers his phone or gets back within the same day. He came out to measure the area in a few days and prepared an estimate within the week. When I sent him the deposit check, he put me on his schedule and arrived the morning of that date with all the materials and equipment. He said it would be done in 5 days. It was. Shawn uses high tensile fence, 3x stronger than ordinary fence. Because it comes in 330 ft rolls, it is easier to install. The metal stakes are placed every 20 ft, with a 6" diameter wooden pole every 5th post, 4" wooden T-posts in the corners. This makes it faster to install and more transparent for those, like me, who don't want to see the fence. He designed his own equipment to dig holes in 10 minutes through subsurface rock for the wooden posts. He charges $22 a hole, far cheaper that jackhammering or renting a cat-auger or bigger. Shawn's price was half the bid of a fence installer I had used the previous year. Shawn's materials are superior, and he works faster. It took him 5 days to fence 4 acres with 6 ft fence, custom-build and install four 6' tall, 4" square steel mesh gates (4', 8' & 14' wide) mounted on 6" metal posts, and install an automatic solar powered gate opener. He had one helper. The other fencer took 17 days to fence in 100x85 ft with 5 ft no-climb fence with 3 people doing the work. Shawn was undaunted by the terrain at my property saying it was nothing out of the ordinary. The other fencer said it was ready difficult and could only be done with wooden poles.
