What a waist of money! Got in touch with the company to find it will be $65 and he has one job to…read moredo before he's available. An hour and a half later I call to see what's up. They inform me he may be a half hour more he's cleaning up. I arrive at my house to see he's there. After an hour of trying to get in he can't unlock either the front or back door. But I have the option to have a door lock broken to get in. Replacing the broken lock would be at out expense. My sliding door is so old a replacement probably wouldn't even be available. Having to work and leaving the front door unlocked sounded just as bad. My husband and I didn't really like our only option. So after failing to unlock my house I'm still charged the full price. I was stunned and upset, my husband was pissed. So 20 minutes of arguing later my husband pleads for a discount for a poor job and is offered $10 off. A bad day that just kept getting worse!
